第二十六條 設(shè)立高等學(xué)校，應(yīng)當(dāng)根據(jù)其層次、類(lèi)型、所設(shè)學(xué)科類(lèi)別、規(guī)模、教學(xué)和科學(xué)研究水平，使用相應(yīng)的名稱(chēng)。

　　第二十七條 申請(qǐng)?jiān)O(shè)立高等學(xué)校的，應(yīng)當(dāng)向?qū)徟鷻C(jī)關(guān)提交下列材料：

Article 26 The name to be adopted by a higher education institution established shall be commensurate with its administrative level, the category it belongs to, the subjects it offers, the size of its student body and its level of teaching and research.

Article 27 For establishment of a higher education institution, the following materials shall be submitted to the approving authority:

　?。ㄈ┱鲁蹋?/p>

　?。ㄋ模徟鷻C(jī)關(guān)依照本法規(guī)定要求提供的其他材料。

(1) an application;

(2) feasibility study materials;

(3) regulations; and

(4) other materials required by the approving authority in accordance with the provisions of this Law.

　　第二十八條 高等學(xué)校的章程應(yīng)當(dāng)規(guī)定以下事項(xiàng)：

　?。ㄒ唬W(xué)校名稱(chēng)、校址；

　　（二）辦學(xué)宗旨；

　?。ㄈ┺k學(xué)規(guī)模；

　?。ㄋ模W(xué)科門(mén)類(lèi)的設(shè)置；

　　（五）教育形式；

Article 28 The regulations of a higher education institution shall include the following:

(1) name and address of the institution;

(2) aims of the institution;

(3) size of the student body;

(4) branches of learning and subjects offered;

(5) forms of education;

　　（六）內(nèi)部管理體制；

　?。ㄆ撸┙?jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源、財(cái)產(chǎn)和財(cái)務(wù)制度；

　　（八）舉辦者與學(xué)校之間的權(quán)利、義務(wù)；

　　（九）章程修改程序；

　?。ㄊ┢渌仨氂烧鲁桃?guī)定的事項(xiàng)。

(6) internal administration system;

(7) sources of funds, property, and fiscal system;

(8) the rights and obligations of sponsors and the institution;

(9) procedure for amendment of the regulations; and

(10) other items that must be included in the regulations.
