兩詞組均為“追加的傳票”，所傳喚的都是當事人，區(qū)別在于alias summons為“第一次追加傳票”，作用是取代最初的傳票[1]。pluries summons (也稱為 pluries 或 pluries writ)則是“第二次追加傳票”，其是在original和alias summons未生效而簽發(fā)的傳票[2]。
