attorney-at-law 和 attorney in fact法律術(shù)語分析

兩術(shù)語均有法律事務(wù)“代理人”的含義，attorney-at-law主要指具有律師資格[1]，且注冊登記而從事法律事務(wù)代理者（licensed to practice law)。而attorney in fact則是指經(jīng)授權(quán)委托書 (power of attorney)授權(quán)主要從事非訴訟活動者，多在庭外處理委托事務(wù)，其不一定必須具有律師資格[2] 。
