上述單詞均有驅(qū)逐或取消的含義。在公司法中，amotion是指按普通法之程序，經(jīng)股東大會同意解除公司某高級官員職務(wù)， 如因故解除某人董事職務(wù)[1 ]，但其仍然可保留其公司成員資格。 而disfranchisement和expulsion則都是指取消某人作為公司成員的資格[2]。
