淫邪發(fā)夢/Yin Xie Fa Meng
(Dream induced by Evil Energy)
黃帝日:愿聞淫邪泮衍奈何?岐伯日:正[正:《病沅》卷四虛勞喜勞蘿候》無此字]邪從外襲內(nèi)，而未有定舍，反[反:《靈樞略》并作“及”]淫于藏，不得定處，與營衛(wèi)俱行，而與魂魄飛揚，使人臥不得安而喜夢。氣淫于府，則有余于外，不足于內(nèi);氣淫于藏，則有余于內(nèi)，不足于外。
Yellow Emperor asked:"What is the pathology of the dream induces by evil energy?" Qibo said: "When the evil energy which is harmful invades the body, it has no certain place to locate, when it reaches the internal organs, it circulates along with the Ying-energy and the Wei-energy, and loafs along with the spirit causing one can hardly sleep well and has dream often. Whenever the energy is in prosperity in the hollow organs, the Yang is overabundant, and the Yang energy which is outside is having a surplus, and the Yin energy which is inside is insufficient; when the energy is in prosperity in the solid organs, then Yin is overabundant, and the Yin energy which is inside is having a surplus and the Yang energy which is outside is insufficient."
黃帝日:有余不足有形乎?岐伯日:陰氣盛則夢涉大水而恐懼，陽氣盛則夢大火而燔炳，陰陽俱盛則夢相殺。上盛則夢飛，下盛則夢墮，甚[甚:《醫(yī)說》卷五《夢》條引無此字]饑則夢取[取:《病沅》卷四《虛勞喜夢候》作“臥”，“予”作“行”]，甚飽則夢予。肝氣盛則夢怒，肺氣盛則夢恐懼、哭泣、飛揚[哭泣、飛揚:《千金》卷一《序例診候》“哭泣”下無“飛揚”二字]，心氣盛則夢善笑恐畏[恐畏:《太平御覽》卷三十九引無“恐畏”二字]，脾氣盛則夢歌樂、身體重不舉，腎氣盛則夢腰脊兩解不屬。凡此十二盛者，至而瀉之，立已。
Yellow Emperor asked:"Is there any appearance manifesting the surplus or insufficiency of Yin and Yang of the internal organs?" Qibo said: "When the Yin energy is in prosperity, one will dream of wading across a broad river and be scared; when the Yang energy is in prosperity, one will dream of the blaze of a big fire; when both the Yin and Yang energies are in prosperity, one will dream of fighting and slaughtering; when the upper part is in prosperity, one will dream of flying up of oneself; when the lower part is in prosperity, one will dream of falling down; when one sleeps with hunger, he will dream of lying; when one sleeps after eating his fill, the will dream of walking; when the liver energy is in prosperity, one will dream of getting angry; when the lung energy is in prosperity, one will dream of being frightened and crying; when the heart energy is in prosperity, one will dream of laughing; when the spleen energy is in prosperity, one will dream of song and music, or becoming heavy of the body causing the inability of moving the extremities; when the kidney energy is in prosperity, one will dream of divorce and disconnection of the loins and the back. To the dream caused by the twelve energies which are in prosperity, if one knows on which organ dream caused by the twelve energies which are in prosperity, if one knows on which organ the evil energy situates and prick with the purging therapy, it can be stopped.
厥[厥:《中藏經(jīng)》卷上第二十四作“邪”]氣客于心，則夢見丘山煙火?？陀诜?，則夢飛揚，見金鐵之奇物?？陀诟危瑒t夢山林樹木。客于脾，則夢見丘陵大澤，壞屋風雨。客于腎，則夢臨淵，沒居[沒居:《中藏經(jīng)》卷中第三十作“投”]水中。客于膀胱，則夢游行?？陀谖?，則夢飲食?？陀诖竽c，則夢田野?？陀谛∧c，則夢聚邑沖衢?？陀谀懀瑒t夢斗訟自刳?？陀陉幤鳎瑒t夢接內(nèi)?？陀陧棧鴫魯厥??？陀诿劊瑒t夢行走而不能前，及居深地窌苑[《甲乙》宛:《病沅》卷四《虛勞喜夢候》無此二字]中?？陀诠呻臶肱:《病沅》卷四《虛勞喜夢候》并無此字]，則夢禮節(jié)拜起[起:《甲乙》卷六第八并作“跪”?？陀诎?[?:《病沅》卷四《虛勞喜夢侯》無此字]，則夢溲便。凡此十五不足者，至而補之立已也。
"When the evil energy invades the heart, one will dream of smoke and fire in the hill; when it invades the lung, one will dream of the flying up of himself, and sees strange things made of metal; when it invades the liver, one will dream of trees, flowers and grasses in the woods; when it invades the spleen, one will dream of the hills and the waters in a large scale, and the houses destroyed by wind and rain; when it invades the kidney, one will dream of facing a deep abyss or pluging into the water; when it invades the bladder, one will dream of wandering; when it invades the stomach, one will dream of food and drinks; when it invades the large intestine, one will dream of the fields; when it invades the small intestine, one will dream of the crowded street; when it invades the gallbladder, one will dream of quarreling and litigation; when the evil invades the genitals, one will dream of sexual intercourse; when it invades the neck, one will dream of decapitation; when it invades the tibia, one will dream of failing to proceed when walking, or living under the ground; when it invades the thigh, one will dream of courteous kneeling; when it invades the bladder and rectum, one will dream of urination or loosening the bowels. To the dream caused by the fifteen kinds of insufficient energy, when one knows on which organ the evil energy situates and prick with the invigorating therapy, it can be stopped."
