⑤When the time for delivery mentioned in the Contract is an estimate only，either party may after the expiration of two thirds of such estimated time require the other party in writing to agree a fixed time.

(4) 由before引出的狀語從句，一般譯成“……后一才能……”，這樣的翻譯方法，可強調一方應盡的義務。例如：

制造商應對貨物的質量、規(guī)格、性能和數(shù)量、重量進行一絲不茍和全面的檢驗，出具檢驗證明書，證實檢驗的技術數(shù)據(jù)和結論后，才能發(fā)貨。
以上列舉的狀語從句的翻譯，僅為一般意義上的翻譯，而且出現(xiàn)的頻率也較低。 實際上，合同英語中使用最廣泛的狀語從句，應屬條件從句。
