答：美方向臺(tái)灣出售武器嚴(yán)重違反國(guó)際法和國(guó)際關(guān)系基本準(zhǔn)則，嚴(yán)重違反一個(gè)中國(guó)原則和中美三個(gè)聯(lián)合公報(bào)規(guī)定，粗暴干涉中國(guó)內(nèi)政，損害中國(guó)主權(quán)和安全利益。中方對(duì)此表示強(qiáng)烈不滿和堅(jiān)決反對(duì)，已就此向美方提出嚴(yán)正交涉。
Q: The US State Department has approved a $2.2 billion arms sale package to Taiwan. Has the Chinese government already complained to the US about this?
A: The US arms sale to Taiwan gravely violates international law and basic norms in international relations, seriously breaches the one-China principle and the three China-US joint communiques, flagrantly interferes in China's domestic affairs and harms China's sovereignty and security interests. China deplores and resolutely opposes it. We have lodged stern representations with the US.
臺(tái)灣是中國(guó)領(lǐng)土不可分割的一部分。任何人都不要低估中國(guó)政府和人民捍衛(wèi)國(guó)家主權(quán)和領(lǐng)土完整、反對(duì)外來(lái)干涉的堅(jiān)強(qiáng)意志和堅(jiān)定決心。中方敦促美方恪守一個(gè)中國(guó)原則和中美三個(gè)聯(lián)合公報(bào)規(guī)定，立即撤銷上述對(duì)臺(tái)軍售計(jì)劃，停止美臺(tái)軍事聯(lián)系，以免對(duì)中美關(guān)系和臺(tái)海和平穩(wěn)定造成進(jìn)一步損害。
Taiwan is an inalienable part of the Chinese territory. No one should underestimate the Chinese government and people's will and resolve to defend our sovereignty and territorial integrity against foreign interference. We urge the US to stay committed to the one-China principle and the three joint communiques, cancel this arms sale immediately and stop military ties with Taiwan to prevent further damage to China-US relations and peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait.

Q: Recently Japan stopped supplying semi-conductor materials to ROK businesses. What's China's comment on Japan's trade sanctions measures?
A: We note the reports. As the world is challenged by unilateralism and protectionism, we hope Japan and the ROK will solve relevant issues through dialogue and consultation on the basis of mutual respect, equality and mutual benefit.
問(wèn)：香港特首林鄭月娥稱《逃犯條例》草案已“壽終正寢”，盡管她并未正式撤回草案。林鄭表態(tài)前是否與中央政府溝通？中央政府是否支持特區(qū)政府上述立場(chǎng)？

Q: Hong Kong's Chief Executive Carrie Lam said today that the extradition bill is "dead" although she stopped short of a formal withdrawal. Was this position discussed with Beijing? Does Beijing support the Hong Kong government in this position?
A: China's Central Government supports, respects and understands the SAR government's decision on June 15 to suspend work on the amendment bill. I have nothing further to add.

Q: Media reported that China's Ministry of Transport recently issued a notice raising the security level of Chinese ships sailing through the Strait of Malacca to level three. There is word that China will send warships there to escort Chinese ships. Can you confirm that?
A: I took a relevant question last week. The Ministry of Transport issued the notice pursuant to provisions of relevant international conventions and domestic laws and regulations. It is aimed at preparing for possible risks and ensuring safe passage.
As to sending warships to escort Chinese ships, that is nothing but rumors fabricated out of thin air.
