三個(gè)單詞均有取消或廢除的含義。abrogation表示正式經(jīng)受權(quán)行為取消或廢除下級(jí)機(jī)關(guān)頒布的某部法律、命令、規(guī)則等, 常等同 cancellation 或 annulment[1]。derogation 則表示廢除一部法律的某一部分，故其應(yīng)為“部分廢除”[2]。antiquation多指用新法置換過時(shí)舊法的方式廢除或取消某部法規(guī)[3]。
