在海商法中allision和collision均有“船舶碰撞”的含義， 其區(qū)別在于allision是指行進(jìn)中的船舶與靜止的物體（stationary object)，如下錨的船舶或橋墩等相撞[1]。而collision的含義則廣一些，其既指船舶與靜止物體相撞，即等同allision，又指兩只行進(jìn)中的船舶相互碰撞，即crashing together of two vessels；在指車輛碰撞也同理[2]。
