1) The amino acid utilization between human promyelocytic leukemia (HL-60), human oral squamous carcinoma (HSC-2, HSC-4, NA), human salivary gland tumor (HSG) and rat neuron cells (PC-12) were compared, using amino acid analyzer.
應用氨基酸分析儀比較人早幼粒細胞白血病(HL-60)、人口腔鱗癌(HSC-2、HSC-4與NA)、人唾液腺腫瘤及大鼠神經(jīng)細胞(PC-12)之間氨基酸的利用情況。
2) All these cells consumed four essential amino acids (valine, methionine, isoleucine, leucine), glutamine and arginine, whereas they produced glycine, alanine and ammonia, without significantly affecting threonine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, histidine or lysine concentration.
上述細胞類型均消耗4種基本氨基酸(纈氨酸、甲硫氨酸、異亮氨酸與亮氨酸)、谷氨酸與精氨酸,而它們均產(chǎn)生甘氨酸、丙氦酸與氨,但不明顯影響蘇氨酸與酪氨酸、苯丙氦酸、組氨酸與賴氨酸濃度。
3) Serine and glutamine utilization varied considerably from cell to cell.
絲氨酸與谷氨酰胺利用的細胞間變異很大。
4) HL-60 cells consumed serine and arginine at much higher rates than other cells.
HL-60細胞消耗絲氨酸與精氨酸的速度高于其他細胞。
5) Serine depletion accumulated the G1 arrested cells, and produced increasing numbers of the apoptotic cells.
絲氨酸耗竭累積于G1期阻止細胞,并且增加凋亡細胞數(shù)。
6) Supplementation of serine significantly extended the period of logarithmic cell growth.

7) During apoptosisinduction of HL- 60 cells by dopamine, sodium ascorbate or sodium 5, 6-benzylidene-L-ascorbate, the oxidation of methionine to methionine sulfoxide was enhanced but the consumption of serine, glutamine and arginine was reduced.
在利用多巴胺、抗壞血酸鈉或5,6-苯亞甲基-L-抗壞血酸鈉誘導的HL-60細胞凋亡中,甲硫氨酸氧化成亞砜甲硫氨酸增加,但消耗絲氨酸、谷氨酰胺與精氨酸減少。
8) In the presence of HL-60 cells, the methionine oxidation was significantly inhibited, suggesting the antioxidant action of the cells.
在HL-60 細胞存在情況下,甲硫氨酸氧化明顯受抑,提示細胞的抗氧化作用。
9) These present study suggests the importance of re-evaluation of culture condition for each cell line.
目前這些研究提示,重新評價每種細胞系培養(yǎng)條件的重要性。
