【例2】
如乙方不能按本合同規(guī)定的時(shí)間交付技術(shù)資料，乙方應(yīng)按下列比例支付違約金給甲方:
第1?4周，每遲交一周違約金為合同總價(jià)的_____%;
第5?8周，每遲交一周違約金為合同總價(jià)的_____%;
超過8周，每遲交一周違約金為合同總價(jià)的_____%。
乙方按前款交付違約金時(shí)，將不解除乙方繼續(xù)履行支付技術(shù)資料的義務(wù)。
If Party B fails to dispatch the Documentation within the stipulated period to the contract，Party B shall pay to Party A in the following rates ：
_____percent of the total contract price for each full week of delay from 1 to 4 weeks；
_____percent of the total contract price for each full week of delay from 5 to 8 weeks；
_____percent of the total contract price for each full week of delay exceeding 8 weeks.
The payment of penalties by Party B to Party A as stipulated in above-mentioned Clause does not relieve Party B of its obligation to continue to deliver the Documentation.
