1. 第二段 in bearer form in the denomination of,兩個(gè)并列的介詞短語作表語，在第二個(gè)in之前可以加一個(gè)連詞and; each with coupons attached 被略的定語從句，即 each of which is with coupons attached 或 each of which has coupons attached，因此翻譯成一個(gè)獨(dú)立句子。
2. Conditions 條 by provisions of the Global Note 根據(jù)全球債券的規(guī)定，by = according to。
3. Fiscal Agent 條 in its capacity as fiscal agent 以財(cái)務(wù)代理的身份/資格，說明支付代理的身份/資格。He will attend our meeting in the capacity of general manager.他將以總經(jīng)理的身份出席我們的會(huì)議。

(讓步）條件狀語從句 provided that . . . those Notes ... shall ...be deemed not to remain outstanding,其中 the determination of 的介詞 of 有賓語從句 how many Notes are outstandingt...those Notes 有定語從句 which are. . , and not cancelled。
5. 最末條中on issue在發(fā)行的時(shí)候，相當(dāng)于at the time of issue。
