The Chinese side deems its relationship with India one of its most important bilateral relationships. To develop a long-term and stable strategic and cooperative partnership with India is the set principle and policy of the Chinese government. As emerging developing countries, China and India are facing common tasks and challenges, and share broad common interests and responsibilities as well.
3.中印在邊界等歷史遺留問題上存在一些分歧，近年來，兩國邊界問題特別代表談判取得了積極進(jìn)展，達(dá)成了解決邊界問題的政治指導(dǎo)原則，并開始探討解決框架。雙方要從戰(zhàn)略高度和兩國關(guān)系大局出發(fā)，本著平等協(xié)商、互諒互讓的精神，處理好兩國間懸而未決的問題。
China and India have some differences on the border and some other issues left over from history. The past few years have seen good progress in the negotiations between our special representatives on the border question. The two sides have agreed on the political parameters and guiding principles and started the discussion of a framework for the settlement of the border question. We should adopt a strategic approach and keep to the larger interests of our relations. We should properly manage the outstanding issues through consultations on an equal footing and in a spirit of mutual understanding and mutual accommodatioii.

China and Pakistan are friendly neighbors linked by mountains and rivers. Since the two countries established diplomatic ties more than half a century ago, they have always shared mutual respect, mutual trust, mutual support and mutual assistance no matter how the international situation and their domestic conditions changed. The two countries have developed an all-weather friendship and carried out all-dimensional cooperation. China has always taken its relationship with Pakistan as one of the priorities of its relations with bordering countries.

Afghanistan's reconstruction process has gone through twists and turns, yet its future holds great promise. The successful elections held by the Afghan people have opened a new chapter in the history of Afghanistan. The international community should give continued attention to Afghanistan and offer greater support and assistance to that country. It is of particular importance to help Afghanistan strengthen its sovereignty, ownership and development capacity, thus laying the groundwork for a full transition to governance of Afghanistan by the Afghan people.
6.中阿全面合作伙伴關(guān)系的建立，為新時期的中阿關(guān)系注入了新的活力，開辟了廣闊前景。中方尊重阿富汗人民根據(jù)本國兩情選擇的發(fā)展道路， 將一如既往支持并積極參與阿富汗和平重建進(jìn)程，支持阿富汗為維護(hù)國家獨立、主權(quán)和領(lǐng)土完整所作的努力。
The establishment of China-Afghanistan comprehensive cooperative partnership has injected new vitality into and opened up broad prospects for bilateral ties in the new period. China respects the development road chosen by the Afghan people in accordance with their own national conditions and will as always support Afghanistan's peaceful reconstruction as well as its efforts to safeguard state independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity.
