(6) Persons under 18 years of age born in Macao of those residents listed in Category (5) before or after the establishment of the Macao Special Administrative Region.
以上居民在澳門特別行政區(qū)享有居留權(quán)并有資格領(lǐng)取澳門特別行政區(qū)永久性居民身份證。
The above-mentioned residents shall have the right of abode in the Macao Special Administrative Region and shall be qualified to obtain permanent identity cards.
澳門特別行政區(qū)非永久性居民為：有資格依照澳門特別行政區(qū)法律領(lǐng)取澳門居民身份證，但沒有居留權(quán)的人。
The non-permanent residents of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall be persons who are qualified to obtain Macao identity cards in accordance with the laws of the Region but have no right of abode.
第二十五條澳門居民在法律面前一律平等，不因國籍、血統(tǒng)、種族、性別、語言、宗教、政治或思想信仰、文化程度、經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況或社會條件而受到歧視。
Article 25 All Macao residents shall be equal before the law, and shall be free from discrimination, irrespective of their nationality, descent, sex, race, language, religion, political persuasion or ideological belief, educational level, economic status or social conditions.
第二十六條澳門特別行政區(qū)永久性居民依法享有選舉權(quán)和被選舉權(quán)。
Article 26 Permanent residents of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall have the right to vote and the right to stand for election in accordance with law.
