第三十八條澳門居民的婚姻自由、成立家庭和自愿生育的權(quán)利受法律保護(hù)。
Article 38 The freedom of marriage of Macao residents and their right to form and raise a family freely shall be protected by law.
婦女的合法權(quán)益受澳門特別行政區(qū)的保護(hù)。
The legitimate rights and interests of women shall be protected by the Macao Special Administrative Region.
未成年人、老年人和殘疾人受澳門特別行政區(qū)的關(guān)懷和保護(hù)。
The minors, the aged and the disabled shall be taken care of and protected by the Macao Special Administrative Region.
第三十九條澳門居民有依法享受社會福利的權(quán)利。勞工的福利待遇和退休保障受法律保護(hù)。
Article 39 Macao residents shall have the right to social welfare in accordance with law. The welfare benefits and retirement security of the labor force shall be protected by law.
第四十條《公民權(quán)利和政治權(quán)利國際公約》、《經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會與文化權(quán)利的國際公約》和國際勞工公約適用于澳門的有關(guān)規(guī)定繼續(xù)有效，通過澳門特別行政區(qū)的法律予以實(shí)施。
Article 40 The provisions of International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, and international labor conventions as applied to Macao shall remain in force and shall be implemented through the laws of the Macao Special Administrative Region.
澳門居民享有的權(quán)利和自由，除依法規(guī)定外不得限制，此種限制不得與本條第一款規(guī)定抵觸。
