Procurators shall be nominated by the Procurator-General and appointed by the Chief Executive.

第九十二條澳門特別行政區(qū)政府可參照原在澳門實(shí)行的辦法，作出有關(guān)當(dāng)?shù)睾屯鈦淼穆蓭熢诎拈T特別行政區(qū)執(zhí)業(yè)的規(guī)定。
Article 92 On the basis of the system previously operating in Macao, the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region may make provisions for local lawyers and lawyers from outside Macao to practice in the Region.
第九十三條澳門特別行政區(qū)可與全國其他地區(qū)的司法機(jī)關(guān)通過協(xié)商依法進(jìn)行司法方面的聯(lián)系和相互提供協(xié)助。
Article 93 The Macao Special Administrative Region may, through consultations and in accordance with law, maintain judicial relations with the judicial organs of other parts of the country, and they may render assistance to each other.
第九十四條在中央人民政府協(xié)助和授權(quán)下，澳門特別行政區(qū)可與外國就司法互助關(guān)系作出適當(dāng)安排。
Article 94 With the assistance or authorization of the Central People’s Government, the Macao Special Administrative Region may make appropriate arrangements with foreign states for reciprocal judicial assistance.
