Article 98 Upon the establishment of the Macao Special Administrative Region, public servants including the police and supporting members of the judiciary previously serving in Macao may all remain in employment, continue service and retain their seniority with pay, allowances, benefits and conditions of service no less favorable than before.
依照澳門原有法律享有退休金和贍養(yǎng)費(fèi)待遇的留用公務(wù)人員，在澳門特別行政區(qū)成立后退休的，不論其所屬國籍或居住地點(diǎn)，澳門特別行政區(qū)向他們或其家屬支付不低于原來標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的應(yīng)得的退休金和贍養(yǎng)費(fèi)。
The Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall pay to the above-mentioned public servants who are entitled to pensions and allowances under the laws previously in force in Macao and who remain in employment and retire after the establishment of the Macao Special Administrative Region, or to their dependents, all pensions and allowances due to them on terms no less favorable than before, and irrespective of their nationality or place of residence.
第九十九條澳門特別行政區(qū)可任用原澳門公務(wù)人員中的或持有澳門特別行政區(qū)永久性居民身份證的葡籍和其他外籍人士擔(dān)任各級公務(wù)人員，但本法另有規(guī)定者除外。
Article 99 The Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region may employ Portuguese and other foreign nationals previously serving in the public service in Macao, or those holding permanent identity cards of the Region, to serve as public servants in government departments at all levels, unless otherwise provided by this Law.
澳門特別行政區(qū)有關(guān)部門還可聘請葡籍和其他外籍人士擔(dān)任顧問和專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)。
The relevant government departments of the Macao Special Administrative Region may also employ Portuguese and other foreign nationals as advisers or to fill professional and technical posts.
上述人員只能以個人身份受聘，并對澳門特別行政區(qū)負(fù)責(zé)。
These individuals shall be employed only in their individual capacities and shall be responsible to the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region.
第一百條公務(wù)人員應(yīng)根據(jù)其本人的資格、經(jīng)驗(yàn)和才能予以任用和提升。澳門原有關(guān)于公務(wù)人員的錄用、紀(jì)律、提升和正常晉級制度基本不變，但得根據(jù)澳門社會的發(fā)展加以改進(jìn)。
