中華人民共和國政府和多米尼加共和國政府商定，將根據(jù)1961年《維也納外交關(guān)系公約》規(guī)定和國際慣例，盡早互派大使，并在對等基礎(chǔ)上在各自首都為對方設(shè)立使館和履行職務(wù)提供一切必要的協(xié)助。
雙方簽署代表受各自政府授權(quán)，于二○一八年五月一日在北京簽署公報中文、西班牙文文本一式兩份，兩種文本同等作準(zhǔn)。

The Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Dominican Republic have agreed to exchange Ambassadors as soon as practicable and to provide each other with all the necessary assistance for the establishment and performance of the functions of diplomatic missions in their respective capitals in accordance with the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 1961 and international practice as well as on a reciprocal basis.
The undersigned, being duly authorized by their respective Governments, have signed this communiqué. Done in duplicate in Beijing on May 1st in the Chinese and Spanish languages, both texts being equally authentic.
