2019年6月28日至29日，二十國(guó)集團(tuán)（G20）領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人第十四次峰會(huì)在日本大阪召開(kāi)，向外界傳遞了積極信號(hào)，提振了國(guó)際社會(huì)合作共贏的信心。隨后，駐愛(ài)沙尼亞大使李超在愛(ài)主流媒體《郵差報(bào)》發(fā)表題為《攜手合作才能互利共贏》的愛(ài)語(yǔ)署名文章，進(jìn)一步闡述習(xí)近平主席在G20峰會(huì)的重要講話，宣介“一帶一路”倡議和人類(lèi)命運(yùn)共同體理念，并結(jié)合中愛(ài)關(guān)系的快速發(fā)展，重申中方支持多邊主義、反對(duì)單邊主義和貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義的立場(chǎng)。文章內(nèi)容如下：
On June 28-29, the 14th G20 Summit was held in Osaka, Japan. The Summit had sent a positive signal to the outside world and boosted the confidence of the international community in achieving win-win cooperation. After the Summit, the Chinese ambassador to Estonia H.E. Mr. Li Chao published a signed article entitled "Working Together for Mutual Benefit" on Estonian newspaper Postimees to elaborate the speech by President Xi Jinping on the G20 Summit and introduce the Belt and Road Initiative and the concept of community of shared future for mankind. By explaining the fast development of China-Estonia relations, the article reiterated China's position of supporting multilateralism and opposing unilateralism and trade protectionism. 6月28日至29日，二十國(guó)集團(tuán)（G20）領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人第十四次峰會(huì)在日本大阪召開(kāi)。其間，多國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人表示，當(dāng)前單邊主義和保護(hù)主義帶來(lái)的危害令人擔(dān)憂，應(yīng)堅(jiān)持多邊主義，加強(qiáng)合作，共同應(yīng)對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)。在逆全球化和霸權(quán)主義、強(qiáng)權(quán)政治抬頭，世界面臨的不確定性和不穩(wěn)定性增加的背景下，G20峰會(huì)向外界傳遞了積極信號(hào)，提振了國(guó)際社會(huì)合作共贏的信心。
Working Together for Mutual Benefit
During the 14th G20 summit in Osaka, Japan on June 28-29, many leaders expressed their concerns about the risk of unilateralism and protectionism, and advocated to maintain multilateralism, strengthen cooperation so as to jointly address challenges. With the rise of de-globalization, hegemonism and power politics, the world witnesses the growing uncertainty and instability. In this context, the G20 summit had sent a positive signal to the outside world and boosted the confidence of the international community in achieving win-win cooperation.
當(dāng)今世界，各國(guó)相互依存空前加深，早已命運(yùn)相連，和平、發(fā)展、合作、共贏的時(shí)代潮流不可逆轉(zhuǎn)，可持續(xù)發(fā)展是各方的最大利益契合點(diǎn)和最佳合作切入點(diǎn)。2013年，習(xí)近平主席提出共建“一帶一路”倡議，是構(gòu)建人類(lèi)命運(yùn)共同體的具體實(shí)踐，旨在實(shí)現(xiàn)各國(guó)互利共贏、共同發(fā)展。今年4月，第二屆“一帶一路”國(guó)際合作高峰論壇在北京成功舉行，共有來(lái)自150個(gè)國(guó)家、92個(gè)國(guó)際組織的6000余名領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人和外賓出席。各方一致同意推進(jìn)高質(zhì)量共建“一帶一路”。習(xí)近平主席在出席G20峰會(huì)時(shí)呼吁：“作為世界主要經(jīng)濟(jì)體領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人，我們有責(zé)任在關(guān)鍵時(shí)刻為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)和全球治理把準(zhǔn)航向，為市場(chǎng)增強(qiáng)信心，給人民帶來(lái)希望”，強(qiáng)調(diào)“中國(guó)提出共建‘一帶一路’倡議，目的就是動(dòng)員更多資源，拉緊互聯(lián)互通紐帶，釋放增長(zhǎng)動(dòng)力，實(shí)現(xiàn)市場(chǎng)對(duì)接，讓更多國(guó)家和地區(qū)融入經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化，共同走出一條互利共贏的康莊大道”。
In today's world, countries have become more interdependent and all countries' interests are closely intertwined. Peace, development and win-win cooperation become the irresistible trend of the times. Sustainable development complies with the interests of all countries and is the best point of entry for cooperation. In 2013, Chinese President Xi Jinping proposed to jointly build the Belt and Road Initiative, which is a practical implementation for building a community of shared future for mankind, aiming at achieving mutual benefit and common development for all countries. Last April, the second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation was successfully held in Beijing. More than 6000 leaders and guests from 150 countries and 92 international organizations attended the event. All parties had reached consensus on jointly promoting the high quality construction of Belt and Road. At the G20 summit, President Xi Jinping said: "We, as the leaders of major economies, are committed to re-calibrate the direction of the world economy and global governance at this critical juncture, work together to boost market confidence, and bring hope to our people". He stressed that Belt and Road Initiative was designed to mobilize more resources, strengthen connectivity links, leverage potential growth drivers and connect the markets with a view to integrate more countries and regions into economic globalization and achieve the shared prosperity through mutually beneficial cooperation.
愛(ài)沙尼亞是中國(guó)在波海乃至歐洲地區(qū)的重要伙伴，中方高度重視中愛(ài)關(guān)系，兩國(guó)在維護(hù)以聯(lián)合國(guó)為核心的國(guó)際體系和以世界貿(mào)易組織為核心的多邊貿(mào)易體制上是一致的。我們都提倡相互尊重、平等協(xié)商，按照國(guó)際關(guān)系準(zhǔn)則和多邊貿(mào)易規(guī)則處理經(jīng)貿(mào)往來(lái)中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題。作為聯(lián)合國(guó)第二大經(jīng)常性預(yù)算會(huì)費(fèi)國(guó)和維和預(yù)算攤款國(guó)，中國(guó)每年均及時(shí)、足額、無(wú)條件繳納會(huì)費(fèi)和各項(xiàng)攤款，充分體現(xiàn)了對(duì)聯(lián)合國(guó)事業(yè)和多邊主義的堅(jiān)定支持。中方祝賀愛(ài)當(dāng)選2020-2021年度聯(lián)合國(guó)安理會(huì)非常任理事國(guó)，期待著雙方在安理會(huì)事務(wù)上加強(qiáng)溝通協(xié)調(diào)。
Estonia is an important partner of China in the Baltic as well as in the European region. China attaches great importance to China-Estonia relations. Our two countries stand on the same ground in upholding the UN-centred international system and the multilateral trading system with WTO at its core. With regard to any problem that occurs on the economic and trade front, we both advocate to act in the spirit of mutual respect and handle it appropriately through equal-footed dialogue and consultation in accordance with norms in international relations and multilateral trading rules. As being the second largest contributor to UN regular budget and peace-keeping budget, it is obviously seen how firmly China support UN and its multilateralism. China congratulates Estonia on its election as a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council for 2020-2021 and expects to work together on the Security Council affairs.
