China has always looked at and developed ties with Russia from a strategic and overall perspective. It's China's unswerving policy to constantly consolidate and enhance its strategic partnership of coordination with Russia. Geographically adjacent China and Russia are economically complementary to each other with huge potential for cooperation.
2.面對國際金融危機(jī)，中俄兩國戰(zhàn)略協(xié)作伙伴關(guān)系經(jīng)受住了嚴(yán)峻考驗(yàn)，得到鞏固和發(fā)展。雙方廣泛的合作給兩國人民帶來了實(shí)實(shí)在在的利益，也對世界政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)格局產(chǎn)生了重要而深遠(yuǎn)的影響。
Amid the global financial crisis the China-Russia strategic partnership of coordination has withstood severe tests and witnessed consolidaticin and development. Expanded cooperation between the two countries has brought concrete benefits to the two peoples and has important and far-reaching impact on the political and economic pattern of the world.
3.中俄兩國務(wù)實(shí)合作發(fā)展的前景非常廣闊。去年雙方簽署了在石油、天然氣、煤炭、電力、核能、高速鐵路等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的一系列重要協(xié)議，有關(guān)項(xiàng)目正在順利實(shí)施。
The practical cooperation between China and Russia enjoys bright prospects. Last year，the two countries signed a series of important cooperation agreements covering oil, natural gas, coal, electricity, nuclear energy and high-speed rail. The relevant cooperation projects are now well underway.
4.雙方要認(rèn)真落實(shí)兩國投資合作規(guī)劃綱要，擴(kuò)大相互投資規(guī)模。中方支持俄方提出的人民幣和盧布在兩國銀行間外匯市場掛牌交易。雙方還要確保中俄原油管道安全正常運(yùn)營，早日達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)供油能力。
Both sides should earnestly implement the investment cooperation program and expand mutual investment. China supports Russia's proposal on inter-bank listed trading of the RMB and Ruble in the foreign exchange markets. The two nations should also ensure the safe and normal operation of the Ch]na-Russia oil pipeline and the early attainment of the designated amount of oil supply.
5.在中俄兩國各領(lǐng)域合作不斷擴(kuò)大和深化的大背景下，雙方共同舉辦俄羅斯“漢語年”，必將進(jìn)一步增進(jìn)兩國人民的相互了解和傳統(tǒng)友誼，夯實(shí)中俄友誼的社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)。
China-Russian cooperation in various fields is constantly expanding and deepening. Agaiast this background, the Russian “Chinese Year” jointly held by the two countries, will further enhance mutual understanding and traditional friendship and consolidate the public support for China-Russian friendship.
6.中俄關(guān)系是中國外交憂先發(fā)展的方向之一。兩國在涉及對方核心利益的問題上都支持彼此的立場，在許多重大國際和地區(qū)問題上，我們持相同或者相似的觀點(diǎn)，進(jìn)行了密切的溝通與協(xié)調(diào)。
Relationship with Russia is one of the priorities of China’s diplomacy. The two countries have enjoyed mutual support on issues that concern cach other’s core interests. We have the same or similar views on many major international and regional issues. And we have conducted dose communication and coordination.
