河野太郎表示，日中經(jīng)濟(jì)合作是兩國(guó)關(guān)系的重要基礎(chǔ)和推動(dòng)力。在日中和平友好條約締結(jié)40周年之際，日中關(guān)系面臨全面改善、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的機(jī)遇。面對(duì)兩國(guó)和世界經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)的新變化，日方愿同中方以新的視角規(guī)劃拓展兩國(guó)經(jīng)貿(mào)合作。日方高度重視習(xí)近平主席在博鰲亞洲論壇2018年年會(huì)開幕式上發(fā)出的重要信息。面對(duì)保護(hù)主義抬頭，應(yīng)維護(hù)以世界貿(mào)易組織為核心的自由貿(mào)易體制，按照世貿(mào)組織的規(guī)則處理貿(mào)易問(wèn)題。
對(duì)話會(huì)上，中日兩國(guó)外交和財(cái)政經(jīng)濟(jì)部門負(fù)責(zé)人圍繞宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策、雙邊經(jīng)濟(jì)合作與交流、中日第三方合作、東亞經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化與多邊合作等充分交換意見，達(dá)成一系列共識(shí)。
Taro Kono expressed that Japan-China economic cooperation serves as the important basis and driving force for bilateral relations. On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the signing of Japan-China Treaty of Peace and Friendship, bilateral relations are faced with opportunities for comprehensive improvement and steady development. Facing new changes in economic situation of both countries and the world, Japan is willing to work with China to plan and expand bilateral economic and trade cooperation from a new perspective. Japan attaches high importance to the important messages sent by President Xi Jinping at the opening ceremony of the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2018. In face of the rising protectionism, the free trade system centered on the World Trade Organization (WTO) should be safeguarded and trade issues should be resolved in line with the WTO rules.
During the dialogue, principals of diplomatic, financial and economic departments of the two countries fully exchanged views on such topics as macroeconomic policies, bilateral economic cooperation and exchanges, third-party cooperation between both countries, economic integration in East Asia and multilateral cooperation, reaching a series of consensus.
