另一方面，在中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義新時(shí)代，隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)主要矛盾的變化，發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵和重點(diǎn)、理念和方式、環(huán)境和條件、水平和要求與過(guò)去有很大不同，這就必須更好地貫徹落實(shí)新發(fā)展理念，針對(duì)發(fā)展不平衡不充分問(wèn)題提出新的思路、新的戰(zhàn)略、新的舉措，努力實(shí)現(xiàn)更高質(zhì)量、更有效率、更加公平、更可持續(xù)的發(fā)展。最根本的，是要全面堅(jiān)持黨在社會(huì)主義初級(jí)階段的基本理論、基本路線、基本方略，不斷增強(qiáng)工作的原則性、系統(tǒng)性、預(yù)見(jiàn)性、創(chuàng)造性，按照新時(shí)代要求在以新的理念舉措不斷推動(dòng)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上，更好解決我國(guó)社會(huì)出現(xiàn)的各種問(wèn)題，更好實(shí)現(xiàn)各項(xiàng)事業(yè)全面發(fā)展，更好發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)。
On the other hand, as the principal contradiction facing Chinese society has evolved, development in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics differs greatly from the past in terms of its meaning, focus, vision, means, environment, conditions, standard, and requirements. This requires that we improve our efforts to implement the new development philosophy, put forward new ways of thinking, new strategies, and new measures for addressing unbalanced and inadequate development, and strive to achieve better quality, more efficient, fairer, and more sustainable development. Most fundamentally, we need to fully implement the Party's basic theory, line, and policy for the primary stage of socialism, and continue to make our work more principled, systematic, forward-looking, and creative. In line with the requirements for the new era and on the basis of continuing to promote development through new ideas and measures, we will make more effective efforts to resolve various problems in Chinese society, to ensure all-round progress in various initiatives, and to develop the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.

在中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義新時(shí)代，我們黨面臨的“四大考驗(yàn)”和“四種危險(xiǎn)”仍然是長(zhǎng)期的、復(fù)雜的、尖銳的、嚴(yán)峻的，全面從嚴(yán)治黨永遠(yuǎn)在路上。這就要求我們深入貫徹落實(shí)黨的十九大部署，堅(jiān)持和加強(qiáng)黨的全面領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，努力把黨建設(shè)好、建設(shè)強(qiáng)，使黨成為始終走在時(shí)代前列、人民衷心擁護(hù)、勇于自我革命、經(jīng)得起各種風(fēng)浪考驗(yàn)、朝氣蓬勃的馬克思主義執(zhí)政黨。要把黨的政治建設(shè)擺在首位，突出政治建設(shè)在黨的建設(shè)中的統(tǒng)領(lǐng)地位，把政治建設(shè)的要求落實(shí)到思想建設(shè)、組織建設(shè)、作風(fēng)建設(shè)、紀(jì)律建設(shè)和反腐敗斗爭(zhēng)中，
In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the "four tests" (tests that relate to governance, reform and opening-up, the market economy, and the external environment) and "four dangers" (a lack of drive, incompetence, disengagement from the people, inaction and corruption) confronting our Party are still complex, intense, grave, and long-term in nature. Ensuring Party self-governance is exercised fully and strictly is a journey to which there is no end. This requires that we thoroughly implement the arrangements of the 19th National Congress, uphold and strengthen overall Party leadership, and strive to make the Party stronger and more competent, so as to build our Party into a vibrant Marxist governing party that is always at the forefront of the times, enjoys the wholehearted support of the people, has the courage to reform itself, and is able to withstand all tests. We need to give top priority to the Party's political building, exert its leading role in Party building, and apply the requirements of political building in our initiatives to strengthen the Party's theory, consolidate its organizations, improve its conduct, enforce its discipline, and combat corruption.
落實(shí)到嚴(yán)肅黨內(nèi)政治生活、完善民主集中制、發(fā)展積極健康的黨內(nèi)政治文化、營(yíng)造風(fēng)清氣正的良好政治生態(tài)等具體實(shí)踐中。黨員干部要進(jìn)一步樹(shù)立政治意識(shí)、大局意識(shí)、核心意識(shí)、看齊意識(shí)，在政治立場(chǎng)、政治方向、政治原則、政治道路上始終同以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央保持高度一致，不斷增強(qiáng)忠誠(chéng)核心、擁戴核心、維護(hù)核心的思想自覺(jué)和行動(dòng)自覺(jué)，確保黨中央權(quán)威和集中統(tǒng)一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，為新時(shí)代堅(jiān)持和發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義、實(shí)現(xiàn)“兩個(gè)一百年”奮斗目標(biāo)提供堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的政治和組織保證。
The requirements of political building should also be applied in our concrete efforts to carry out political activities within the Party in earnest, improve democratic centralism, develop a positive and healthy political culture in the Party, and foster a healthy political atmosphere of integrity within the Party. Party officials need to strengthen their consciousness of the need to maintain political integrity, think in big-picture terms, follow the leadership core, and act consistently with the Central Committee policy; closely align themselves with the Central Committee with Xi Jinping at the core in terms of political stance, direction, principle, and path; and loyally support and uphold our leadership core through conscious thoughts and actions. On this basis, we will safeguard the authority and centralized, unified leadership of the Central Committee, thus providing strong political and organizational guarantees for upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and achieving the "Two Centenary Goals."
