晚上好！歡迎大家出席今天的招待會，與我們一起慶祝中國人民解放軍建軍92周年。
92年來，中國人民解放軍在中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下為民族獨立、人民解放和新中國的誕生建立了卓越功勛，為捍衛(wèi)國家主權(quán)、安全和發(fā)展利益做出了重大貢獻，是當(dāng)之無愧的鋼鐵長城，是中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和社會安定的強大支柱。

Good evening! I would like to welcome you all to today's reception and join us in celebrating the 92nd anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA).
Over the past 92 years, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the PLA has achieved extraordinary feats for independence of the Chinese nation, liberation of the people and founding of the People's Republic of China, and made remarkable contribution to defending national sovereignty, security and development interests. It deserves the name of the "Great Wall of steel" and represents a strong pillar for China's economic development and social stability.
進入新時代，在習(xí)近平強軍思想的引領(lǐng)下，中國軍隊人民子弟兵的本色更加鮮明，與人民群眾的血肉聯(lián)系更加緊密，強軍興軍事業(yè)不斷開創(chuàng)嶄新局面，正向著全面建成世界一流軍隊的目標(biāo)闊步邁進，為實現(xiàn)“兩個一百年”奮斗目標(biāo)和中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢提供堅強保障。
中國堅持走和平發(fā)展道路，奉行防御性的國防政策。中國軍隊堅持中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和社會主義制度，堅決捍衛(wèi)國家主權(quán)和領(lǐng)土完整，堅定推進祖國統(tǒng)一，堅決維護國家海外利益。中國軍隊完全有信心、有條件、有能力并時刻準(zhǔn)備好應(yīng)對各種風(fēng)險和挑戰(zhàn)。
Into the new era, guided by Xi Jinping thought on strengthening the armed forces, the PLA has lived up to its name as the people's army, and fostered even closer ties with the people. With fresh progress made in strengthening the armed forces, the PLA is developing to a world-class military and serves as a strong guarantee for the realization of the two centenary goals and the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation.
China remains committed to the path of peaceful development and a defense policy that is defensive in nature. The PLA upholds the leadership of the CPC and socialism, firmly safeguards national sovereignty, territorial integrity and China's overseas interests, and is dedicated to achieving reunification of the country. With full confidence and capabilities, it is ready to address various kinds of risks and challenges.
中國既通過維護世界和平為自身發(fā)展創(chuàng)造有利條件，又通過自身發(fā)展促進世界和平。中國軍隊忠實踐行構(gòu)建人類命運共同體理念，積極履行其國際責(zé)任和義務(wù)，在聯(lián)合國維和行動、亞丁灣海域護航、國際人道主義救援等領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮了重要作用。中國是聯(lián)合國安理會常任理事國中派出維和部隊最多的國家，也是聯(lián)合國維和行動的主要出資國之一。1990年以來累計參加24項聯(lián)合國維和行動，派出維和軍事人員3.9萬余人次，13名中國軍人犧牲在維和一線。事實證明，中國軍隊始終是維護世界和平、穩(wěn)定與正義的中堅力量！
女士們、先生們、朋友們，
China has been fostering a favorable environment for its development by defending world peace, which is in turn enhanced by a more developed China. Following the vision of building a community with a shared future for mankind, the PLA has faithfully honored its international responsibilities and obligations and played an important role in the United Nations peacekeeping operations, escort missions in the Gulf of Aden and international humanitarian search and rescue operations. China is the biggest contributor of peacekeepers among the five permanent members of the UN Security Council and one of the main funding contributors of peacekeeping operations. Since 1990, China has dispatched over 39,000 troops to 24 UN peacekeeping operations, and 13 Chinese servicemen laid down their lives while on duty. Facts have proven that the PLA is always a staunch force for world peace, stability and justice.

今年是新中國成立70周年。70年來，中國人民幾經(jīng)探索，開辟了符合本國國情的中國特色社會主義道路。為中國人民謀幸福，為中華民族謀復(fù)興，為人類進步事業(yè)作貢獻，是我們不變的宗旨。中國始終致力于與世界各國和平相處、合作共贏，共同構(gòu)建新型國際關(guān)系和人類命運共同體。中國將以更加開放的姿態(tài)去擁抱世界，與世界各國共享發(fā)展機遇，實現(xiàn)共同繁榮。
This year marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. Thanks to their painstaking efforts over the past seven decades, the Chinese people have blazed a socialist path with Chinese characteristics suited to China's national conditions. It is our founding mission to pursue happiness for the people and rejuvenation for the nation and to contribute to human progress. China is committed to peaceful coexistence and win-win cooperation with other countries, in a bid to jointly build a new model of international relations and a community with a shared future for mankind. China will open its arms wider to embrace the world, and share in development opportunities and enjoy common prosperity with other countries.
