中國(guó)決不會(huì)以犧牲別國(guó)利益為代價(jià)來(lái)發(fā)展自己，同時(shí)也決不會(huì)允許別人肆意損害中國(guó)的核心利益。中國(guó)決不允許任何人、任何組織、任何政黨、在任何時(shí)候、以任何形式、把任何一塊中國(guó)領(lǐng)土從中國(guó)分裂出去。中國(guó)決不允許西方列強(qiáng)和殖民主義者瓜分中國(guó)領(lǐng)土、侵占中國(guó)利益的一幕在中國(guó)土地上重演。

今年恰逢中美建交40周年。40年來(lái)，兩國(guó)不斷深化跨越太平洋的合作，不僅推動(dòng)了各自的發(fā)展，也造福了世界。兩國(guó)關(guān)系40年的發(fā)展留給我們一條寶貴啟示：中美合則兩利、斗則俱傷。
China will never develop itself at the cost of other countries. Neither will it allow others to undermine its core interests at will. China will never allow any person, organization or political party to separate even a single inch of its territory, whatever forms such an effort may take. Neither will it allow the carving up of its territory or infringement of its interests by foreign powers and colonists to happen again.

This year also marks the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States. Over the past 40 years, the ever-deepening China-US cooperation that spans across the Pacific has not only advanced our own development, but also benefited the whole world. One thing that we have learned from the past four decades is that both countries benefit from cooperation and lose in confrontation.
當(dāng)前中美關(guān)系正處于重要的十字路口。6月29日，習(xí)近平主席與特朗普總統(tǒng)在大阪成功會(huì)晤，同意繼續(xù)推進(jìn)以協(xié)調(diào)、合作、穩(wěn)定為基調(diào)的中美關(guān)系，為兩國(guó)關(guān)系發(fā)展指明了方向。中美雙方要本著對(duì)歷史負(fù)責(zé)、對(duì)兩國(guó)人民長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)利益負(fù)責(zé)的態(tài)度，以實(shí)際行動(dòng)把兩國(guó)元首會(huì)晤共識(shí)落到實(shí)處，推進(jìn)兩國(guó)政治安全、經(jīng)貿(mào)、人文、軍事等各領(lǐng)域合作，推動(dòng)兩國(guó)關(guān)系始終沿著正確的軌道不斷向前發(fā)展。
The China-US relationship is now at a crossroads. On June 29, President Xi Jinping and President Donald Trump had a successful meeting in Osaka, Japan, where they agreed to continue to push forward a relationship based on coordination, cooperation and stability. This has charted the course for the growth of bilateral relations. Both sides need to take a responsible attitude towards history and the long-term interests of the two peoples. They need to implement the consensus of the two Presidents with real actions, and advance cooperation in political, security, economic, trade, cultural, people-to-people and military fields, so that the China-US relationship will keep moving forward on the right track.
中國(guó)將按照不沖突不對(duì)抗、相互尊重、合作共贏的原則，積極穩(wěn)妥處理中美兩軍關(guān)系，努力使之成為兩國(guó)關(guān)系的穩(wěn)定器，為兩國(guó)關(guān)系發(fā)展作出積極貢獻(xiàn)。
中國(guó)有句老話：“邪不壓正”。我堅(jiān)信，兩國(guó)人民對(duì)各自未來(lái)美好生活的向往，對(duì)兩國(guó)關(guān)系健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的共同心愿以及國(guó)際社會(huì)對(duì)中美和平友好共處的普遍期待，是支持兩國(guó)關(guān)系持續(xù)向前發(fā)展的最大力量源泉，必將推動(dòng)中美關(guān)系這條大船突破各種困難險(xiǎn)阻，駛向更加美好的明天！
China will follow the principle of non-conflict, non-confrontation, mutual respect and win-win cooperation and take a positive and prudent approach to military-to-military relations with the US, so as to make them a stabilizer of the bilateral relationship and contribute to its development.
As an old Chinese saying goes, the evil can never prevail over the good. I am convinced that the most powerful driving force for China-US relations comes from the two peoples' aspirations for a better life and for sound and steady growth of the relations, and from international expectations on peace and friendship between our two countries. If we compare China-US relations to a giant ship, then we believe that it will ride the wind, break the waves and sail on to better shores.
