（三）漢語重復(fù)名詞，英語也重復(fù)名詞
1）血債要用血來償。
Blood must atone for blood.
2）生活于社會(huì)，不能脫離社會(huì)。
It is imposible to live in society and be independent of society.
（四）漢語重復(fù)名詞，英語用代詞或其它名詞代替
1）這些車床比那些車床好。
These lathes are better than those ones.
2）我們的民族將再也不是一個(gè)被人侮辱的民族了。
Ours will no longer be a nation subject to insult and humiliation.
3）他討厭失敗，他一生中曾戰(zhàn)勝失敗，超越失敗，并且藐視別人的失敗。
He hated failure, he had conquered it all his life, risen above it, despised it in others.
（五）漢語重復(fù)動(dòng)詞，英語常用do，或助動(dòng)詞代替，或to代替
1）光傳播比聲傳播快得多。
Light travels more quickly than sound does.
2）在任何情況下，功不包括時(shí)間，但功率則包括時(shí)間。
In any case work does not include time, but power does.
3）有些同志想要停止試驗(yàn)，但其他同志則認(rèn)為還是不停止為好。
Some comrades want to suspend the test, but others prefer not to.
（六）漢語重復(fù)名詞，英語常用so和as代替
1）自然界是一個(gè)整體，社會(huì)也是一個(gè)整體。
Nature is an integral whole , so is society.
2）我們已提前完成了我們的工作，他們也提前完成了他們的工作。
We have fulfilled our work ahead of schedule; so have they.
3）熱是能，電也是能。
Heat is energy; so is electricity.
（七）漢語重復(fù)，英語省略
1）是迅速進(jìn)步，不是慢慢地進(jìn)步。
We need rapid progress, not slow.
2）較低級(jí)的藝術(shù)能逐漸提高成為較高級(jí)的藝術(shù)。
Art of a lower level can be gradually raised to a higher.
