心脈搏滑急[《太素》“搏”作“揣”、《廣推?釋詁》“揣”動也，“心脈搏，謂心脈之動，“滑急”即謂滑緊]為心疝，肺脈沉搏[準上文例，“搏”亦應(yīng)作“揣”]為肺疝。

When the condition of the heart pulse is slippery and tight, it is the heart-channel colic; when the condition of the lung pulse is sunken, it is the lung-channel colic.

三陽急為疲艘，三陰急為疝[《太素》《甲乙》并無“三陰急為疝”五字]，二陰急為癇厥，二陽急為驚。

When the coming of the bladder pulse and the small intestine pulse are urgent, it is the abdominal mass; when the coming of both the heart and kidney pulses are urgent, it is the disease of epileptic syncope, when the coming of both the stomach and large intestine pulses are urgent, it is the disease of terror.

脾脈外鼓，沉為腸澼，久自己。肝脈小緩為腸澼，易治。腎脈小搏沉，為腸澼下血，血溫身[《尤怡說:“溫”當(dāng)作“溢”]熱者死。心肝澼亦下血[“澼亦下血”誤衍，《全生指迷方》引正作“心肝脈小，沈濇為腸澼”]，二藏同病者可治，其脈小沉濇為腸澼，其身熱者死，熱見[《甲乙》“見”作“甚”]七日死。

When the pulse condition of spleen is stirring and sunken, it is diarrhea which can can be recovered in a certain period. The patient with diarrhea whose liver pulse is small and slow, it can be cured easily. When the patient of diarrhea with bloody stool whose kidney pulse is small and sunken, if his blood is overflowing and he has a fever, he will die. When the patient of diarrhea whose heart pulse and liver pulse are both small, sunken and choppy, as both the two viscera are sick and wood produces fire, the disease can be cured. If the patient has a fever, he may die, when the fever is severe, he will die in seven days.

胃脈沉鼓[“鼓”字涉下衍，此當(dāng)作“胃脈沈濇”]流，胃外鼓大，心脈小堅急[《全生指迷方》引“小”下無“堅”字]，皆鬲[“鬲”字誤，似應(yīng)作“為”]偏枯，男子發(fā)左，女子發(fā)右，不瘖舌轉(zhuǎn)，可治，三十日起，其從者，瘖，三歲起，年不滿二十者，三歲死。

When the pulse condition of the stomach is sunken and choppy, or floatting and gigantic together with a rapid and small heart pulse, it shows the energy and blood is stagnated which can cause hemiplegia. If the disease of a man is on the left side, or of a woman is on the right side, speaking without dysphonia and the tougue can operate freely, the disease can be cured in about thirty days. If the disease if a man is on the right side or of a woman is on the left side, having dyaphonia when speaking, the disease can be recovered in about three years. If the patient is less than twenty years old and his body is developing, he will die in three years.
