(4) To call special sessions during the recess;

　?。ㄎ澹?yīng)行政長(zhǎng)官的要求召開(kāi)緊急會(huì)議；

　　(5) To call emergency sessions on the request of the Chief Executive;

　?。┝⒎〞?huì)議事規(guī)則所規(guī)定的其他職權(quán)。

　　and (6) To exercise other powers and functions as prescribed in the rules of procedure of the Legislative Council.

　　第七十三條 香港特別行政區(qū)立法會(huì)行使下列職權(quán)：

　　Article 73 The Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall exercise the following powers and functions:

　?。ㄒ唬└鶕?jù)本法規(guī)定并依照法定程序制定、修改和廢除法律；

　　(1) To enact, amend or repeal laws in accordance with the provisions of this Law and legal procedures;

　　（二）根據(jù)政府的提案，審核、通過(guò)財(cái)政預(yù)算；

　　(2) To examine and approve budgets introduced by the government;

　?。ㄈ┡鷾?zhǔn)稅收和公共開(kāi)支；

　　(3) To approve taxation and public expenditure;

　?。ㄋ模┞?tīng)取行政長(zhǎng)官的施政報(bào)告并進(jìn)行辯論；

　　(4) To receive and debate the policy addresses of the Chief Executive;

　　（五）對(duì)政府的工作提出質(zhì)詢(xún)；

　　(5) To raise questions on the work of the government;

　?。┚腿魏斡嘘P(guān)公共利益問(wèn)題進(jìn)行辨論；
