(4) To call special sessions during the recess;

　　(5) To call emergency sessions on the request of the Chief Executive;

　　（六）立法會議事規(guī)則所規(guī)定的其他職權(quán)。

　　and (6) To exercise other powers and functions as prescribed in the rules of procedure of the Legislative Council.

　　第七十三條 香港特別行政區(qū)立法會行使下列職權(quán)：

　　Article 73 The Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall exercise the following powers and functions:

　　（一）根據(jù)本法規(guī)定并依照法定程序制定、修改和廢除法律；

　　(1) To enact, amend or repeal laws in accordance with the provisions of this Law and legal procedures;

　?。ǘ└鶕?jù)政府的提案，審核、通過財政預(yù)算；

　　(2) To examine and approve budgets introduced by the government;

　　（三）批準稅收和公共開支；

　　(3) To approve taxation and public expenditure;

　?。ㄋ模┞犎⌒姓L官的施政報告并進行辯論；

　　(4) To receive and debate the policy addresses of the Chief Executive;

　?。ㄎ澹φ墓ぷ魈岢鲑|(zhì)詢；

　　(5) To raise questions on the work of the government;

　　（六）就任何有關(guān)公共利益問題進行辨論；
