征用財(cái)產(chǎn)的補(bǔ)償應(yīng)相當(dāng)于該財(cái)產(chǎn)當(dāng)時(shí)的實(shí)際價(jià)值，可自由兌換，不得無(wú)故遲延支付。

　　Such compensation shall correspond to the real value of the property concerned at the time and shall be freely convertible and paid without undue delay.

　　企業(yè)所有權(quán)和外來(lái)投資均受法律保護(hù)。

　　The ownership of enterprises and the investments from outside the Region shall be protected by Law.

　　第一百零四條澳門(mén)特別行政區(qū)保持財(cái)政獨(dú)立。

　　Article 104 The Macao Special Administrative Region shall have independent finances.

　　澳門(mén)特別行政區(qū)財(cái)政收入全部由澳門(mén)特別行政區(qū)自行支配，不上繳中央人民政府。

　　All the financial revenues of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall be managed and controlled by the Region itself and shall not be handed over to the Central People’s Government.

　　中央人民政府不在澳門(mén)特別行政區(qū)征稅。

　　The Central People’s Government shall not levy taxes in the Macao Special Administrative Region.

　　第一百零五條澳門(mén)特別行政區(qū)的財(cái)政預(yù)算以量入為出為原則，力求收支平衡，避免赤字，并與本地生產(chǎn)總值的增長(zhǎng)率相適應(yīng)。

　　Article 105 The Macao Special Administrative Region shall follow the principle of keeping expenditure within the limits of revenues in drawing up its budget, and strive to achieve a fiscal balance, avoid deficits and keep the budget commensurate with the growth rate of its gross domestic product.

　　第一百零六條澳門(mén)特別行政區(qū)實(shí)行獨(dú)立的稅收制度。

　　Article 106 The Macao Special Administrative Region shall practice an independent taxation system.
