第五十條澳門特別行政區(qū)行政長官行使下列職權(quán)：

　　Article 50 The Chief Executive of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall exercise the following powers and functions:

　　（一）領(lǐng)導(dǎo)澳門特別行政區(qū)政府；

　　(1) To lead the government of the Region;

　?。ǘ┴?fù)責(zé)執(zhí)行本法和依照本法適用于澳門特別行政區(qū)的其他法律；

　　(2) To be responsible for the implementation of this Law and other laws which, in accordance with this Law, apply in the Macao Special Administrative Region;

　?。ㄈ┖炇鹆⒎〞ㄟ^的法案，公布法律；

　　(3) To sign bills passed by the Legislative Council and to promulgate laws;

　　簽署立法會通過的財政預(yù)算案，將財政預(yù)算、決算報中央人民政府備案；

　　To sign budgets passed by the Legislative Council and report the budgets and final accounts to the Central People’s Government for the record;

　?。ㄋ模Q定政府政策，發(fā)布行政命令；

　　(4) To decide on government policies and to issue executive orders;

　?。ㄎ澹┲贫ㄐ姓ㄒ?guī)并頒布執(zhí)行；

　　(5) To formulate the administrative regulations and promulgate them for implementation;

　?。┨崦笳堉醒肴嗣裾蚊铝兄饕賳T：各司司長、廉政專員、審計長、警察部門主要負(fù)責(zé)人和海關(guān)主要負(fù)責(zé)人；建議中央人民政府免除上述官員職務(wù)；

　　(6) To nominate and to report to the Central People’s Government for appointment of the following principal officials: Secretaries of Departments, Commissioner Against Corruption, Director of Audit, the leading members of the Police and the Customs and Excise; and to recommend to the Central People’s Government the removal of the above-mentioned officials;
