第一百二十五條澳門特別行政區(qū)政府自行制定文化政策，包括文學(xué)藝術(shù)、廣播、電影、電視等政策。

　　Article 125 The Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall, on its own, formulate policies on culture, including literature, art, broadcasting, film and television programs.

　　澳門特別行政區(qū)政府依法保護作者的文學(xué)藝術(shù)及其他的創(chuàng)作成果和合法權(quán)益。

　　The Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall protect by law the achievements and the lawful rights and interests of authors in their literary, artistic and other creation.

　　澳門特別行政區(qū)政府依法保護名勝、古跡和其他歷史文物，并保護文物所有者的合法權(quán)益。

　　The Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall protect by law scenic spots, historical sites and other historical relics as well as the lawful rights and interests of the owners of antiques.

　　第一百二十六條澳門特別行政區(qū)政府自行制定新聞、出版政策。

　　Article 126 The Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall, on its own, formulate policies on press and publication.

　　第一百二十七條澳門特別行政區(qū)政府自行制定體育政策。民間體育團體可依法繼續(xù)存在和發(fā)展。

　　Article 127 The Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall, on its own, formulate policies on sports. Non-governmental sports organizations may continue to exist and develop in accordance with law.

　　第一百二十八條澳門特別行政區(qū)政府根據(jù)宗教信仰自由的原則，不干預(yù)宗教組織的內(nèi)部事務(wù)，不干預(yù)宗教組織和教徒同澳門以外地區(qū)的宗教組織和教徒保持及發(fā)展關(guān)系，不限制與澳門特別行政區(qū)法律沒有抵觸的宗教活動。
