澳門特別行政區(qū)可以“中國澳門”的名義參加不以國家為單位參加的國際組織和國際會議。

　　The Macao Special Administrative Region may, using the name “Macao, China,” participate in international organizations and conferences not limited to states.

　　對中華人民共和國已參加而澳門也以某種形式參加的國際組織，中央人民政府將根據(jù)情況和澳門特別行政區(qū)的需要采取措施，使澳門特別行政區(qū)以適當(dāng)形式繼續(xù)保持在這些組織中的地位。

　　The Central People’s Government shall, in accordance with the circumstances and needs of the Region, take measures to ensure that the Macao Special Administrative Region shall continue to retain its status in an appropriate capacity in those international organizations of which the People’s Republic of China is a member and in which Macao participates in one capacity or another.

　　對中華人民共和國尚未參加而澳門已以某種形式參加的國際組織，中央人民政府將根據(jù)情況和需要使澳門特別行政區(qū)以適當(dāng)形式繼續(xù)參加這些組織。

　　The Central People’s Government shall, in accordance with the circumstances and needs of the Region, facilitate the continued participation of the Macao Special Administrative Region in an appropriate capacity in those international organizations in which Macao is a participant in one capacity or another, but of which the People’s Republic of China is not a member.

　　第一百三十八條中華人民共和國締結(jié)的國際協(xié)議，中央人民政府可根據(jù)情況和澳門特別行政區(qū)的需要，在征詢澳門特別行政區(qū)政府的意見后，決定是否適用于澳門特別行政區(qū)。

　　Article 138 The application to the Macao Special Administrative Region of international agreements to which the People’s Republic of China is a member or becomes a party shall be decided by the Central People’s Government, in accordance with the circumstances and needs of the Region, and after seeking the views of the government of the Region.

　　中華人民共和國尚未參加但已適用于澳門的國際協(xié)議仍可繼續(xù)適用。
