Party A is the owner of the property.

2.  乙方為本市經(jīng)工商行政管理機(jī)關(guān)核準(zhǔn)登記，并可從事裝潢裝修的企業(yè)

Party B is approved and registered with the city industrial and commercial administrative organs as an

enterprise engaged in renovation and decoration. 

3.  裝飾施工地點(diǎn)

二、關(guān)于工程付款及結(jié)算的約定

三、關(guān)于材料供應(yīng)的約定

AGREEMENT ON THE SUPPLY OF MATERIALS

1.  乙方提供的材料：乙方供應(yīng)的材料、設(shè)備,如不符合設(shè)計(jì)、施工要求，應(yīng)禁止使用。如已使用，對(duì)工程造成的損失由乙方負(fù)責(zé)。如甲方要另增加材料由甲方供應(yīng)，并應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：

        Material provided by Party B: Any materials or equipment supplied by Party B which do not meet the design and construction requirements are prohibited. Any extra materials requested by Party A which were not in the original design must be paid for by Party A.

    2.  甲方提供的材料：另擬補(bǔ)充附件<甲方提供材料、設(shè)備表>

甲方負(fù)責(zé)采購(gòu)供應(yīng)的材料、設(shè)備，應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)施工要求的合格產(chǎn)品，并應(yīng)按時(shí)供應(yīng)到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。乙方發(fā)現(xiàn)甲方提供的材料、設(shè)備有質(zhì)量問(wèn)題或規(guī)格差異，應(yīng)及時(shí)向甲方提出，甲方仍要求使用的，由此造成工程損失，責(zé)任由甲方承擔(dān)。甲方供應(yīng)的材料按時(shí)抵達(dá)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)后，由乙方負(fù)責(zé)保管

    Material provided by Party A: (see the annex: “Table of Materials to be provided by the Owner”).  If Party A acquires materials for the project, it should first check with Party B that the materials match to the design requirements, and once the materials are in the care of Party B, then Party B is responsible for the materials. If Party A requires some materials which do not fit to the design then it shall be the responsibility of Party A to pay any additional costs incurred by Party B.
