3.本合同一式 兩 份，甲、乙雙方各執(zhí)   1  份，合同附件為本合同的組成部分，具有同等的法律效力

This contract will be printed and signed in duplicate and each party shall keep a copy.

十、其它約定  

FINAL CLAUSES

1.如遇不可抗力因素，工期順延

In the event of force majeure, this contract will be delayed and resume as soon as practicably possible.

 

2.其他未在本合同內(nèi)規(guī)定的事項雙方協(xié)商解決

If any matters arise which are not covered within this contract, they shall be dealt with by mutual consultation between the two parties.
