各位工商界代表，
女士們、先生們，

Ladies and Gentlemen,
河內(nèi)是一座美麗的城市，每次來到這里都能感受到日新月異的變化和生機勃勃的活力。大湄公河次區(qū)域經(jīng)濟合作（GMS）第六次領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會議在河內(nèi)舉行，是次區(qū)域合作的一次重要活動。我相信，在各方共同努力下，本次會議一定能取得成功，為次區(qū)域發(fā)展注入新的動力。
在越方倡議下，今年GMS領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會議期間首度舉行工商峰會。這是一次創(chuàng)新安排，對廣泛聽取次區(qū)域工商界看法建議、調(diào)動工商界參與次區(qū)域合作具有重要意義。
當前，國際形勢和世界經(jīng)濟正在發(fā)生深刻變化，大湄公河次區(qū)域也面臨著發(fā)展機遇。我對次區(qū)域合作的前景充滿信心。借此機會，向工商界朋友們傳遞三點信息：
Hanoi is a beautiful city. Every time I come, I am always impressed by its fast change and dynamism. The sixth GMS Summit in Hanoi is an important event of sub-regional cooperation. I am confident that with concerted efforts of all parties, it will be a full success and provide new impetus to the development of the sub-region.
Thanks to the initiative of Vietnam, we are having this first business summit on the sidelines of the GMS summit, a new arrangement that enables us to listen extensively to the business community and encourages their greater participation in the GMS cooperation.
Profound changes are taking place in the international landscape and the world economy, and the Greater Mekong Sub-region is faced with development opportunities. I have full confidence in the prospect of GMS cooperation. Hereby, I would like to convey three messages to friends from the business community:
