美方一方面要求中國(guó)更大開放市場(chǎng)，另一方面又以國(guó)家安全為由頻頻對(duì)中國(guó)正常貿(mào)易投資活動(dòng)設(shè)限，不符合市場(chǎng)規(guī)律，不符合國(guó)際規(guī)則，也不符合美方一直掛在嘴邊上的公平、公正和對(duì)等原則。大家看得都很清楚，美方之所以以國(guó)家安全為由打壓中國(guó)科技發(fā)展進(jìn)步，實(shí)質(zhì)是非常無(wú)理的經(jīng)濟(jì)和科技霸權(quán)行徑。美方應(yīng)當(dāng)清楚，科技進(jìn)步應(yīng)服務(wù)于全人類的福祉，而不應(yīng)淪為某個(gè)國(guó)家推進(jìn)霸權(quán)的工具。
去年中國(guó)科技進(jìn)步貢獻(xiàn)率達(dá)到57.5%，對(duì)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)貢獻(xiàn)率超過(guò)了30%。中國(guó)正大力實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。中國(guó)科技創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的步伐不會(huì)因?yàn)槟承┰胍艉透蓴_而停滯。
The US is asking China to further open its market on the one hand and repeatedly restricting China's normal trade and investment activities on the other. This conforms to neither the market law nor international rules, still less the principle of fairness, impartiality and reciprocity that the US side is always talking about. I believe we all know it only too well that the US' cracking down on China's scientific and technological development and progress under the pretext of national security actually constitutes an unreasonable act of economic and technological hegemony. The US should be clear that scientific and technological progress shall serve the wellbeing of the whole mankind rather than as a certain country's tool for hegemony.
Last year China contributed 57.5% to scientific and technological progress in the world and over 30% of global economic growth. China is now vigorously implementing the strategy of innovation-driven development, and its scientific and technological progress will not be blocked by some noises and disruptions.
