答：美國國會參議院剛剛通過的這項決議，又一次向世人表明了美方某些人一貫的、莫名其妙的無知和傲慢。

美國的一些議員和官員本應(yīng)集中精力為本國人民服好務(wù)，但很可惜的是，他們似乎總是有選擇地忽視自己國內(nèi)面臨的問題，而對其他國家內(nèi)部事務(wù)表現(xiàn)出異乎尋常的“熱心”，對其他國家的內(nèi)部事務(wù)指手劃腳、說三道四。
The reincarnation system for the Living Buddhas is unique to the Tibetan Buddhism, which has been in existence for several centuries with a complete set of religious rituals and historical practices. The reincarnation of the Dalai Lama shall follow these religious rituals, historical practices and Chinese laws and regulations. It is not to be dictated by anyone, let alone a foreign country that has nothing to do with this.
Some US lawmakers and officials should have devoted themselves to serving their constituents. Regrettably, they seemed to deliberately choose to ignore their domestic issues while over-enthusiastically tending to other country's domestic affairs with all these finger-pointing and irresponsible remarks.
