在這里，我想強(qiáng)調(diào)的是，共建“一帶一路”倡議源于中國(guó)，但機(jī)會(huì)和成果屬于世界，中國(guó)不打地緣博弈小算盤，不搞封閉排他小圈子，不做凌駕于人的強(qiáng)買強(qiáng)賣。只要各方秉持和遵循共商共建共享的原則，就一定能讓“一帶一路”框架下的務(wù)實(shí)合作盡快落地，惠及包括愛沙尼亞在內(nèi)的各國(guó)企業(yè)和人民。
第三，這是中國(guó)深化改革擴(kuò)大開放的體現(xiàn)。今年是中國(guó)改革開放40周年。過去40年，中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的偉大成就是在改革開放條件下取得的，中國(guó)企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)史也是改革開放的一個(gè)重要?dú)v史見證。我相信，如果你們向卜范勝董事長(zhǎng)了解航新科技作為民營(yíng)企業(yè)的發(fā)展壯大歷史，一定會(huì)更加深刻理解中國(guó)堅(jiān)持改革開放的決心和行動(dòng)。未來，中國(guó)開放的大門不會(huì)關(guān)閉，只會(huì)越開越大！中國(guó)鼓勵(lì)企業(yè)走出去，融入全球價(jià)值鏈，參與全球競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，也打開國(guó)門歡迎包括愛沙尼亞在內(nèi)的企業(yè)在中國(guó)市場(chǎng)尋找機(jī)遇。下一步，我們將大幅度放寬市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入，創(chuàng)造更有吸引力的投資環(huán)境，加強(qiáng)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)，主動(dòng)擴(kuò)大進(jìn)口。今年11月，我們將在上海舉辦首屆中國(guó)國(guó)際進(jìn)口博覽會(huì)。這不是一般性的會(huì)展，而是我們主動(dòng)開放市場(chǎng)的重大政策宣示和行動(dòng)。歡迎愛沙尼亞企業(yè)參展，推介本國(guó)優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)。
I would like to stress that the Belt and Road Initiative may be China's idea, but its opportunities and outcomes are going to benefit the world. China has no geopolitical calculations, seeks no exclusionary blocs and does not do business by force. As long as the parties embrace the principle of extensive consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits, we will definitely enhance cooperation and fast-track implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative to the greater benefit of all our businesses and peoples.
Third, this cooperation shows that China is determined to deepen reform and open wider to the world. This year marks the fortieth anniversary of China's reform and opening-up. What has happened proves that opening-up was key to China's economic growth over the past 40 years. The growth history of Chinese enterprises also stands as an important historical witness to China's reform and opening up. And I believe that if you consult Chairman Bu Fansheng about the development process and history of Hangxin Aviation Technology, you will have a deeper understanding of China's determination and real action to pursue further reform and opening.
I wish to make it clear to all that China's door of opening-up will not be closed and will only open even wider! We encourage our enterprises to go abroad, participate in global competition and integrate into the global value chain. We also welcome enterprises including Estonian enterprises to enter the Chinese market. In the coming years, we will significantly broaden market access, create a more attractive investment environment, strengthen protection of intellectual property rights (IPR) and take the initiative to expand imports.
This November, we will hold the first China International Import Expo in Shanghai. It is not just another expo in an ordinary sense, but a major policy initiative and commitment taken of our own accord to open up the Chinese market. Friends from Estonia are welcome to participate in the Expo.
