印尼工商界朋友都關(guān)心中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)，我愿作簡(jiǎn)要介紹。過去五年，中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)保持年均7.1%的中高速增長(zhǎng)，2017年國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值達(dá)82萬億元人民幣，累計(jì)城鎮(zhèn)新增就業(yè)6600萬人以上，經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化，服務(wù)業(yè)占國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值比重升至51.6%。中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)年均貢獻(xiàn)率超過30%。今年一季度國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值同比增長(zhǎng)6.8%，平均每天新登記企業(yè)1.5萬戶。4月份采購(gòu)經(jīng)理人指數(shù)達(dá)51.4%，持續(xù)位于擴(kuò)張區(qū)間。今年前四個(gè)月貨運(yùn)量、全社會(huì)用電量增速分別為6.3%和10.1%，稅收收入增速超過16%，中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)延續(xù)穩(wěn)中向好發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)。最近，主要國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)組織再次調(diào)高了2018年中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)預(yù)期。在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的同時(shí)，民生也得到極大改善。過去五年，中國(guó)年均城鎮(zhèn)新增就業(yè)1320萬人。通過產(chǎn)業(yè)扶貧、易地搬遷等多種方式，每年減少貧困人口1370萬人。
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Let me talk briefly about the Chinese economy as this may be of interest to many of the business leaders here. In the past five years, China's economy kept a medium-high growth rate of 7.1% annually on average. In 2017, China's GDP reached 82 trillion RMB yuan. More than 66 million urban jobs were created in the past five years. The share of the services sector in total GDP rose to 51.6%, indicating an improved economic structure. The Chinese economy has contributed over 30% to global growth on an average annual basis.
In the first quarter of this year, GDP grew by 6.8% year-on-year, and an average of 15,000 new businesses were registered every day. The Purchasing Managers' Index, at 51.4% in April, pointed to continued expansion of the overall economy. In the first four months this year, freight volume and electricity consumption increased by 6.3% and 10.1% respectively; tax revenue registered an over 16% growth .
All these figures show that the Chinese economy has continued its good momentum of steady growth. Major international economic organizations recently made another upward revision of China's growth forecasts in 2018. As the economy continues to grow, living standards have improved significantly. In the past five years, an average of 13.2 million jobs were created in urban areas annually, and 13.7 million people were lifted out of poverty every year thanks to the policies of spurring local industrial growth and relocating impoverished people from inhospitable areas.
今年是中國(guó)改革開放40周年。40年來中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)快速增長(zhǎng)靠的是改革，今后中國(guó)將以更大力度推進(jìn)改革。我們對(duì)全面深化改革已作出總體部署，其中一個(gè)重要方面是要努力打造國(guó)際一流的營(yíng)商環(huán)境。我們將加快轉(zhuǎn)變政府職能，降低制度性交易成本，激發(fā)市場(chǎng)活力和社會(huì)創(chuàng)造力。同時(shí)，著力減輕市場(chǎng)主體負(fù)擔(dān)，今年我們將在過去五年減稅降費(fèi)3萬多億元人民幣的基礎(chǔ)上，繼續(xù)加大減稅降費(fèi)力度。我們將進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大開放。不僅在商品領(lǐng)域擴(kuò)大開放，實(shí)施更加積極的進(jìn)口政策，降低汽車、部分藥品和日用消費(fèi)品進(jìn)口關(guān)稅，而且要在服務(wù)領(lǐng)域擴(kuò)大開放，加大知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)力度，打造內(nèi)外資企業(yè)一視同仁、公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境。不僅鼓勵(lì)外國(guó)企業(yè)赴華投資，也鼓勵(lì)有信譽(yù)、有實(shí)力的中國(guó)企業(yè)有序開展境外投資，實(shí)現(xiàn)互利共贏。
This year China celebrates the 40th anniversary of reform and opening-up. Reform has been a key contributor to the sustained and rapid growth of my country over the past four decades. Looking forward, China will make even greater efforts to see the reform through. We have drawn up an overarching plan on comprehensively deepening reform. One priority is to foster a world-class business environment. We will transform government functions at a faster pace, reduce government-imposed transaction cost, and work to unlock market vitality and public creativity.
To ease the burden on market entities, this year, we will further slash taxes and fees on top of the over 3 trillion yuan cuts in the past five years. We will pursue greater opening-up in both goods and services. We will implement more proactive import policies and lower import tariffs on automobiles, certain drugs and everyday consumer goods. We will strengthen IPR protection, and render the same treatment and foster a level playing field for Chinese and foreign enterprises alike. We welcome foreign investment in China and encourage well-established Chinese businesses to invest overseas for win-win outcomes.
