厥，挾脊而痛者，至頂，頭沉沉然，目既疏然，腰脊強(qiáng)，取足太陽(yáng)腘中血絡(luò)。

厥，胸滿(mǎn)面腫，唇漯漯然，暴言難，甚則不能言，取足陽(yáng)明。

厥氣走喉而不能言，手足清，大便不利，取足少陰。

厥而腹向向然，多寒氣，腹中穀觳，便捜難，取足太陰。

嗌干，口中熱如膠，取足少陰[陰:《甲乙》卷七第一中作“陽(yáng)”]。

膝中痛，取犢鼻，以員利針，發(fā)[發(fā):《太素》卷三十《膝痛》，《甲乙》卷十第一下“發(fā)”上并有“針”字]而間之。針大如鷩，刺膝無(wú)疑。

瘧不渴，間日而作，取足陽(yáng)明[取足陽(yáng)明:《素問(wèn).刺瘧篇》并作“剌足太陽(yáng)”];渴而日作，取手陽(yáng)明。

When one contracts malaria, if he is not thirsty, and the disease attacks every other day, prick the acupoints of the Foot Taiyang Channel; if he is thirsty, and the disease attacks every other day, prick the acupoints of the Hand Shaoyang Channel.

齒痛，不惡清飲，取足陽(yáng)明;惡清飲，取手陽(yáng)明。

In toothache, if the patient has no aversion to the cold drink, it can be treated by pricking the acupoints of the Foot Yangming Channel; if he has aversion to the cold drink, prick the acupoints of the Hand Yangming Channel.

聾而不痛者，取足少陽(yáng);聾而痛者，取手陽(yáng)明。

If one is deaf without pain, it can be treated by pricking the acupoints of the Foot Shaoyang Channel; if he is deaf with pain, it should be treated by pricking the acupoints of the Hand Yangming Channel.

衄而不止，杯血流，取足太陽(yáng)，不已，刺宛骨下，不已，刺腘中出血。

In epistaxis, when the bleeding does not coagulate, it should be treated by pricking the acupoints of the Foot Taiyin Channel, if the syndrome is not recovered, prick the Wangu point; if it is not recovered again, prick the Weizhong point on the centre of the horizontal line on the popliteal until bleeding.

腰痛，痛上寒，取足太陽(yáng)陽(yáng)明;痛上熱，取足厥陰;不可以俯仰，取足少陽(yáng);中熱而喘，取足少陰，腘中血絡(luò)。

In lumbago, if the patient’s upper part of the body is cold, it should be treated by pricking the acupoints of the Foot Taiyang Channel and the Foot Yangming Channel; if the upper part of the body has fever, prick the acupoints of the Foot Jueyin Channel, when the patient has lumbago and he fails to face up and down, prick the acupoints of the Foot Shaoyang Channel. When one has lumbago with internal fever and his mouth moves like that in rapid respiration, it should be treated by, pricking the acupoints of the Foot Shaoyin Channel and prick the superficial venules on the centre of the horizontal line on the popliteal.

喜怒而不欲食，言益小[言益小:《甲乙》卷九第五“小”并作“少”]，刺足太陰;怒而多言，刺足少陽(yáng)[少陽(yáng):《甲乙》卷九第五作“少陰”]。

When one often gets angry, relucts at eating and rarely speaks, it should be treated by pricking the acupoints of the Foot Taiyin Channel; when one is angry and speaks a lot, it should be treated by pricking the acupoints of the Foot Shaoyin Channel.
