所謂亦步亦趨，就是不能跳出英文文法、詞語屬性或句型的框框，似乎翻譯基本上只是單詞的替換，結(jié)果不僅譯文不順暢，而且原文信息也得不到切實轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)。

講評：沿循原文結(jié)構(gòu)，結(jié)果譯文不清，基本目標(biāo)的三層意思未能得到明確體現(xiàn)，再加文中使用了諸如“包括，除其他外……”的離奇的表達(dá)方式，使得譯文更加晦澀費(fèi)解。在分號后使用“和”很不符合中文習(xí)慣。

原譯：有人要求說明該次級方案對改善聯(lián)合國系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的性別均衡和促進(jìn)兩性平等在所有政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會領(lǐng)域內(nèi)主流化的強(qiáng)調(diào)。

講評：由于原文中emphasis是名詞，譯者就不惜代價保持其名詞屬性，生搬硬套，拼湊了“說明……強(qiáng)調(diào)”的組合。

改譯：該方案強(qiáng)調(diào)應(yīng)改善聯(lián)合國系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的性別均衡，強(qiáng)調(diào)應(yīng)在所有政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會領(lǐng)域促進(jìn)兩性平等主流化。有人要求對此做出說明。
