第七十二條澳門特別行政區(qū)立法會(huì)設(shè)主席、副主席各一人。主席、副主席由立法會(huì)議員互選產(chǎn)生。
Article 72 The Legislative Council of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall have a President and a Vice President who shall he elected by and from among the members of the Legislative Council.
澳門特別行政區(qū)立法會(huì)主席、副主席由在澳門通常居住連續(xù)滿十五年的澳門特別行政區(qū)永久性居民中的中國(guó)公民擔(dān)任。
The President and Vice President of the Legislative Council shall be Chinese citizens who are permanent residents of the Region and have habitually resided in Macao for a continuous period of not less than 15 years.
第七十三條澳門特別行政區(qū)立法會(huì)主席缺席時(shí)由副主席代理。
Article 73 In case of absence of the President of the Legislative Council of the Macao Special Administrative Region, the Vice President shall act as President.
澳門特別行政區(qū)立法會(huì)主席或副主席出缺時(shí)，另行選舉。
In the event that the office of President or of Vice President of the Legislative Council becomes vacant, new President or Vice President shall be elected.
第七十四條澳門特別行政區(qū)立法會(huì)主席行使下列職權(quán)：
Article 74 The President of the Legislative Council of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall exercise the following powers and functions:

(1) To preside over meetings;
（二）決定議程，應(yīng)行政長(zhǎng)官的要求將政府提出的議案優(yōu)先列入議程；
