The Executive Council shall be composed of seven to eleven persons. The Chief Executive may, as he or she deems necessary, invite other persons concerned to sit in on meetings of the Council.

Article 58 The Executive Council of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall be presided over by the Chief Executive.
行政會(huì)的會(huì)議每月至少舉行一次。
The meeting of the Executive Council shall be held at least once each month.
行政長(zhǎng)官在作出重要決策、向立法會(huì)提交法案、制定行政法規(guī)和解散立法會(huì)前,須征詢行政會(huì)的意見(jiàn),但人事任免、紀(jì)律制裁和緊急情況下采取的措施除外。
Except for the appointment, removal and disciplining of officials and the adoption of measures in emergencies, the Chief Executive shall consult the Executive Council before making important policy decisions, introducing bills to the Legislative Council, formulating administrative regulations, or dissolving the Legislative Council.
行政長(zhǎng)官如不采納行政會(huì)多數(shù)委員的意見(jiàn),應(yīng)將具體理由記錄在案。
If the Chief Executive does not accept a majority opinion of the Executive Council, he or she shall put the specific reasons on record.
第五十九條澳門特別行政區(qū)設(shè)立廉政公署,獨(dú)立工作。廉政專員對(duì)行政長(zhǎng)官負(fù)責(zé)。
Article 59 A Commission Against Corruption shall be established in the Macao Special Administrative Region. It shall function independently and its Commissioner shall be accountable to the Chief Executive.
第六十條澳門特別行政區(qū)設(shè)立審計(jì)署,獨(dú)立工作。審計(jì)長(zhǎng)對(duì)行政長(zhǎng)官負(fù)責(zé)。
Article 60 A Commission of Audit shall be established in the Macao Special Administrative Region. It shall function independently and its Director shall be accountable to the Chief Executive.
