第六十四條澳門特別行政區(qū)政府行使下列職權(quán)：
Article 64 The Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall exercise the following powers and functions:
（一）制定并執(zhí)行政策；
(1) To formulate and implement policies;
?。ǘ┕芾砀黜?xiàng)行政事務(wù)；
(2) To conduct administrative affairs;
（三）辦理本法規(guī)定的中央人民政府授權(quán)的對(duì)外事務(wù)；
(3) To conduct external affairs as authorized by the Central People’s Government under this Law;
?。ㄋ模┚幹撇⑻岢鲐?cái)政預(yù)算、決算；
(4) To draw up and introduce budgets and final accounts;
?。ㄎ澹┨岢龇ò浮⒆h案，草擬行政法規(guī)；
(5) To introduce bills and motions and to draft administrative regulations; and
?。┪晒賳T列席立法會(huì)會(huì)議聽取意見或代表政府發(fā)言。
(6) To designate officials to sit in on the meetings of the Legislative Council to hear opinions or speak on behalf of the government.
第六十五條澳門特別行政區(qū)政府必須遵守法律，對(duì)澳門特別行政區(qū)立法會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)：
Article 65 The Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region must abide by the law and be accountable to the Legislative Council of the Region:
執(zhí)行立法會(huì)通過并已生效的法律；定期向立法會(huì)作施政報(bào)告；答復(fù)立法會(huì)議員的質(zhì)詢。
