7．中法兩國重申愿深化和拓展雙方在環(huán)境保護和應(yīng)對氣候變化領(lǐng)域的合作。中方贊賞在巴黎舉行的“一個星球”峰會。法方贊賞中方于2017年12月19日正式宣布啟動全國碳排放交易體系。中法兩國還對自中方擔(dān)任二十國集團主席國期間相關(guān)工作啟動以來綠色金融領(lǐng)域取得的進展感到滿意。雙方將在《聯(lián)合國氣候變化框架公約》第23次締約方大會的后續(xù)工作中加強合作，推動第24次締約方大會達成《巴黎協(xié)定》可操作性實施細則，并將采取切實行動，推動《巴黎協(xié)定》全面、有效和及時落實。中法雙方將與各方一道，強化2020年前的行動力度?！栋屠鑵f(xié)定》的履行應(yīng)遵循公平原則、共同但有區(qū)別的責(zé)任原則和各自能力原則，考慮不同國情。雙方將就《生物多樣性公約》第15次締約方大會和2020年世界自然保護大會加強交流。
8. China and France intend to continue their constructive dialogue on the formulation of the Global Pact for the Environment. They welcome the signing of an action plan for the protection of the environment (2018-2020) and a cooperation agreement on national parks and support the conservation of marine fauna and flora. They decide to launch a "China-France Year of the Environment" to strengthen their dialogue on the subjects concerned. China and France will also continue to identify and implement joint projects on sustainable cities.
8．中法兩國將就制定世界環(huán)境公約事保持建設(shè)性對話。雙方對簽署環(huán)境保護行動計劃（2018－2020）和國家公園合作協(xié)議表示歡迎，支持海洋動植物保護。雙方?jīng)Q定啟動“中法環(huán)境年”，以加強在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的對話。中法兩國還將繼續(xù)確定和實施可持續(xù)城市合作項目。
9. China and France will strengthen their exchanges and cooperation on the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development bilaterally and under the framework of multilateral fora such as the United Nations and the G20. They will continue to intensify their exchanges in this area via the Strategic Dialogue and will hold their development assistance working group meeting in 2018. China will continue to participate regularly in Paris Club meetings and to play a constructive role.
9. 中法兩國將在雙邊和聯(lián)合國、二十國集團等多邊框架下就落實2030年可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程加強交流合作。兩國將繼續(xù)通過中法戰(zhàn)略對話加強該領(lǐng)域交流，并于2018年召開中法發(fā)展援助工作組會議。中方愿繼續(xù)常態(tài)性參加巴黎俱樂部會議，并發(fā)揮建設(shè)性作用。
10. China reaffirms its support for the integration of the European Union. China and France will continue to work actively to implement the China-EU 2020 Strategic Agenda for Cooperation and deepen the China-EU comprehensive strategic partnership in areas of mutual interest, in a spirit of mutual and reciprocal benefit. They reaffirm their commitment to support the development of trade and investment relations between China and the EU, based on the principles of openness, transparency and fair competition and WTO rules. They support the swift conclusion of an ambitious comprehensive investment agreement between China and the EU, including market access and investment protection.
10．中方重申支持歐洲一體化。中法兩國將繼續(xù)積極推動落實《中歐合作2020戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃》，并本著互惠互利精神在共同關(guān)心的領(lǐng)域繼續(xù)深化中歐全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系。雙方重申致力于支持在開放、透明和公平競爭原則以及世界貿(mào)易組織規(guī)則基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展中歐貿(mào)易和投資關(guān)系。雙方支持盡快達成一份包含市場準入和投資保護內(nèi)容的雄心勃勃的中歐全面投資協(xié)議。
