Joint Press Communique of the Third Lancang-Mekong Cooperation (LMC) Foreign Ministers' Meeting
瀾滄江—湄公河合作第三次外長(zhǎng)會(huì)聯(lián)合新聞公報(bào)
1. The Third Lancang-Mekong Cooperation(LMC) Foreign Ministers' Meeting was held in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, China on 15 December 2017. H.E. Wang Yi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China, H.E. Prak Sokhonn, Senior Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, H.E. Saleumxay Kommasith, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, H.E. U Kyaw Tin, Union Minister for International Cooperation of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, H.E. Don Pramudwinai, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand, and H.E. Pham Binh Minh, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam attended the meeting. The Chinese and Cambodian Foreign Ministers co-chaired the Meeting.
一、2017年12月15日，瀾滄江—湄公河合作（以下簡(jiǎn)稱瀾湄合作）第三次外長(zhǎng)會(huì)在中國(guó)云南省大理白族自治州舉行。中國(guó)外交部長(zhǎng)王毅、柬埔寨國(guó)務(wù)兼外交國(guó)際合作部大臣布拉索昆、老撾外交部長(zhǎng)沙倫賽、緬甸國(guó)際合作部部長(zhǎng)覺丁、泰國(guó)外交部長(zhǎng)敦·帕馬威奈、越南副總理兼外交部長(zhǎng)范平明出席，瀾湄合作共同主席國(guó)中國(guó)和柬埔寨兩國(guó)外長(zhǎng)共同主持了會(huì)議。
2. The Ministers had an in-depth exchange of views and reached broad consensus on implementing the outcomes of the First LMC Leaders' Meeting and the Second LMC Foreign Ministers' Meeting, future direction of LMC and preparations for the Second LMC Leaders' Meeting.
二、外長(zhǎng)們重點(diǎn)就瀾湄合作首次領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會(huì)議和第二次外長(zhǎng)會(huì)成果落實(shí)進(jìn)展、瀾湄合作未來(lái)發(fā)展方向、第二次領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會(huì)議籌備工作等深入交換了意見，達(dá)成廣泛共識(shí)。
3. The Ministers highly appreciated the successful convening of the First LMC Leaders' Meeting in Sanya, China in March 2016. Leaders from the six countries jointly announced the launching of LMC, a new type of sub-regional cooperation mechanism, identified building a community of shared future among Lancang-Mekong countries as the common objective, and established a 3+5 (3 pillars and 5 priority areas) cooperation framework, charting the course for LMC development.
三、外長(zhǎng)們高度贊賞瀾湄合作首次領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會(huì)議于2016年3月在中國(guó)三亞成功舉行，六國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人共同宣布瀾湄合作這一新型次區(qū)域合作機(jī)制誕生，確立了瀾湄國(guó)家命運(yùn)共同體的共同目標(biāo)，搭建了“3+5合作框架”（三大支柱，五大優(yōu)先領(lǐng)域），為瀾湄合作指明了前進(jìn)方向。
