問：北京時(shí)間5月9日凌晨，美總統(tǒng)特朗普宣布美終止參與伊朗核問題全面協(xié)議，但伊朗稱只要其他各方繼續(xù)履行協(xié)議，伊朗仍將遵守協(xié)議。中方對(duì)此的立場(chǎng)是什么？
答：中方對(duì)美方所做決定表示遺憾。伊朗核問題全面協(xié)議是由六國(guó)、歐盟和伊朗共同談判達(dá)成的多邊協(xié)議，并經(jīng)過(guò)安理會(huì)第2231號(hào)決議核可，所有各方都應(yīng)當(dāng)認(rèn)真執(zhí)行，維護(hù)全面協(xié)議的完整性和嚴(yán)肅性。這有利于維護(hù)國(guó)際核不擴(kuò)散體系，促進(jìn)中東地區(qū)和平與穩(wěn)定，對(duì)通過(guò)政治手段解決熱點(diǎn)問題也具有示范意義。
Q: In the early morning of May 9, Beijing time, US President Trump announced the US withdrawal from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), but Iran says it will remain in the JCPOA as long as other parties do the same. What is China's position on this?
A: China regrets the decision made by the US side. The JCPOA is a multilateral agreement reached by the P5+1, the European Union and Iran through negotiations and endorsed by the UN Security Council Resolution 2231. All relevant parties should implement the JCPOA in good faith and ensure its integrity and sanctity. This will contribute to upholding the international non-proliferation regime and peace and stability in the Middle East and will play an exemplary role for the political settlement of hot-spot issues.
當(dāng)前形勢(shì)下，中方呼吁所有各方本著負(fù)責(zé)任態(tài)度，從長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)和大局出發(fā)，堅(jiān)持政治外交解決方向，妥善管控分歧，盡快回到繼續(xù)執(zhí)行全面協(xié)議的正確軌道上來(lái)。中方將本著客觀、公正和負(fù)責(zé)任態(tài)度，同各方保持對(duì)話協(xié)商，繼續(xù)致力于維護(hù)和執(zhí)行全面協(xié)議。
問：據(jù)日本媒體報(bào)道，中日兩國(guó)擬設(shè)立“一帶一路"官民協(xié)議會(huì)，促進(jìn)兩國(guó)在第三國(guó)合作推進(jìn)更多經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目。中方能否證實(shí)？對(duì)此有何評(píng)論？
答：“一帶一路”是開放包容的倡議，秉持共商共建共享原則，所有志同道合的國(guó)家均可以參與其中，中方對(duì)日方參與“一帶一路”建設(shè)一直持開放態(tài)度。去年，日方也派高級(jí)代表團(tuán)出席了“一帶一路”國(guó)際合作高峰論壇。
Under the current circumstances, China calls on all relevant parties to assume a responsible attitude, bear in mind the long-term and overall picture, stay committed to the political and diplomatic solution, properly handle differences and come back as soon as possible to the right track of continuing with the implementation of the JCPOA. China will maintain dialogue and consultation with all relevant parties and stay committed to upholding and implementing the JCPOA in an objective, unbiased and responsible attitude.
Q: According to Japanese media, China and Japan plan to establish a public-private council related to the Belt and Road Initiative in a bid to promote their joint economic and industrial projects in other countries. Can you confirm that? Do you have any comment?
A: As an open and inclusive initiative, the Belt and Road Initiative follows the principle of extensive consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits. Any country that shares the same aspiration is welcome to take part in the Belt and Road Initiative and China is always open to Japan's participation in it. Last year, Japan sent a high-level delegation to attend the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation.
