我們注意到，近來日本領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人就“一帶一路”建設(shè)多次作出積極表態(tài)，不少日本企業(yè)也表示愿積極參與“一帶一路”建設(shè)。我們認(rèn)為，日方以適當(dāng)方式參與共建“一帶一路”將為中日經(jīng)濟(jì)合作開辟新的空間，創(chuàng)造新的增長點(diǎn)。促進(jìn)中日兩國企業(yè)在第三方市場開展合作，有利于拓展兩國經(jīng)貿(mào)合作，也有利于第三方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。

We have noted that recently the Japanese leaders have made positive remarks on the Belt and Road Initiative on many occasions, and many Japanese enterprises have also expressed their willingness to take part in the Belt and Road Initiative. We believe that Japan's participation in the Belt and Road Initiative in an appropriate way will open up new space and create new growth drivers for China-Japan economic cooperation. Promoting Chinese and Japanese companies' cooperation in a third market is conducive to expanding China-Japan economic and trade cooperation as well as the economic development of the third party.
As far as I know, during the 4th China-Japan high-level economic dialogue held not long ago, China and Japan reached consensus on establishing a public-private communication platform and looking into specific cooperation projects. During Premier Li Keqiang's visit to Japan, our two sides will ink relevant memorandum. We are willing to work with Japan for cooperation in a third market to leverage complementary strengths and achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.

A: From May 7 to 8, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and President Xi Jinping met with Kim Jong-un, Chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) and Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) in Dalian.
