The strategic communication between China and the DPRK at this point is conducive to developing China-DPRK relations, realizing the denuclearization of the Peninsula and upholding peace and stability of the region. Q: According to reports, Vietnam has asked China to remove missiles deployed to the South China Sea islands. What is your comment?
答：最近，我們已經(jīng)多次就此闡明中方立場(chǎng)。中國(guó)對(duì)南沙群島及其附近海域擁有無可爭(zhēng)辯的主權(quán)。中國(guó)在南沙群島上開展和平建設(shè)活動(dòng)，包括部署必要的國(guó)土防御設(shè)施，是維護(hù)主權(quán)和安全的需要，也是主權(quán)國(guó)家享有的當(dāng)然權(quán)利，有關(guān)建設(shè)不針對(duì)任何國(guó)家。
在雙方共同努力下，中越關(guān)系目前呈現(xiàn)良好發(fā)展勢(shì)頭。我們敦促越方切實(shí)尊重中方主權(quán)，與中方一道妥善處理南海問題，推動(dòng)中越關(guān)系始終沿著正確軌道向前發(fā)展。
A: We have made clear China's position on this issue many times recently. China has indisputable sovereignty over the Nansha Islands and the adjacent waters. Our peaceful construction activities on the Nansha Islands, including the deployment of necessary national defense facilities, are meant to safeguard China's sovereignty and security, which is also a right sovereign states are entitled to. The relevant deployment targets no one.
With the concerted efforts of our two sides, China-Vietnam relations are experiencing a sound momentum of development now. We urge Vietnam to respect China's sovereignty, work with China to properly handle the South China Sea issue and move forward China-Vietnam relations along the right track.

A: We have taken note of the relevant positive remarks made by Iran, the European side and Russia. China will maintain dialogue and consultation with all relevant parties and stay committed to upholding and implementing the JCPOA in an objective, unbiased and responsible attitude.
