4. 被動語態(tài)慣用法的譯法
常見動詞被動結(jié)構(gòu)的習(xí)慣譯法列舉如下：
It is reported that...據(jù)報道
It is assumed that...假設(shè)，假定
It is pointed out that...有人指出
It is preferred that,... 最好
It must be admitted that...必須承認(rèn)
It must be stressed that..,必須著重指出
It has been proved that...已經(jīng)證明
It has been illustrated that...巳經(jīng)舉例說明
例十一：The tube beginning with the mouth and ending with Lhe anus is referred to as the alimentary canal.
【譯文】始于口腔終于肛門的管道稱為消化道。
例十二： The heart is considered the central organ of the circulation.
【譯文】心臟被看作是循環(huán)系統(tǒng)的中心器官。
