第五章 經(jīng) 濟(jì) 第一節(jié) 財(cái)政、金融、貿(mào)易和工商業(yè)

　　Chapter V Economy Section 1: Public Finance, Monetary Affairs, Trade, Industry and Commerce

　　第一百零五條 香港特別行政區(qū)依法保護(hù)私人和法人財(cái)產(chǎn)的取得、使用、處置和繼承的權(quán)利，以及依法征用私人和法人財(cái)產(chǎn)時(shí)被征用財(cái)產(chǎn)的所有人得到補(bǔ)償?shù)臋?quán)利。

　　Article 105 The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall, in accordance with law, protect the right of individuals and legal persons to the acquisition, use, disposal and inheritance of property and their right to compensation for lawful deprivation of their property.

　　征用財(cái)產(chǎn)的補(bǔ)償應(yīng)相當(dāng)于該財(cái)產(chǎn)當(dāng)時(shí)的實(shí)際價(jià)值，可自由兌換，不得無(wú)故遲延支付。

　　Such compensation shall correspond to the real value of the property concerned at the time and shall be freely convertible and paid without undue delay.

　　企業(yè)所有權(quán)和外來(lái)投資均受法律保護(hù)。

　　The ownership of enterprises and the investments from outside the Region shall be protected by law.

　　第一百零六條 香港特別行政區(qū)保持財(cái)政獨(dú)立。

　　Article 106 The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall have independent finances.

　　香港特別行政區(qū)的財(cái)政收入全部用于自身需要，不上繳中央人民政府。
